I should have looked up these reviews before I bought it but I actually did purchase the 15 pack and I'm waiting for it to arrive any day now. Although I'm aware of how commercials are now made with AI and these aren't even real endorsements in the commercial I still fell for it lol. It's like 45 bucks for 15 pack so if it's good it's good if not I won't get any more but what i realized about it is I think they try to get you with the old subscription. If you don't cancel they'll keep bill. ing you every month. That alone is how you know something is a scam if something wasn't a scam they wouldn't have to do that tactic. it is what it is. It's okay to make mistakes just don't repeat them or don't repeat mine
New to both cold brew and the channel. For me, a great first video to watch! A question…you mentioned the fridge version as your preferred choice - “at least drinking straight (@~7:50 in the video).” Would your opinion change if drinking the cold brew iced? The ice would, of course, change the flavor profile of both coffees…
Looks like yours had a seal. Mine did not come sealed. Javy has yet to reach out to me. Hope I didn’t poison myself. Nothing like using a returned item.
Got it and tried it starting about 6 weeks ago and it's not bad but I'm not the biggest fan over other types of coffee so far. I'm usually drinking hot, not cold. And i liked the medium roast that I got slightly better than the dark roasts. And I'm a dark roast fan 😂 It does make a good cold brew though, I'll concede
not really a fair comparison you should do the same times that way you can really tell but yeah 16 hours is my max at room temp i normally pull around 14 hour mark that way it isn't as bitter unless making tonics then you want the bitter kick
Dear. As Manuka Honey Guru to the Cold Brew Guru : Manuka honey is losing its therapeutic properties on 95% as soon as it touches a water regardless of its temperature. Indeed your cold brew latte will be tasty and refreshing with honey as an ingredient. Same time completely healing properties free. So Manuka honey could be substituted by any other more cheaper honey as your latte ingredient. A name Manuka is not gonna increase your final product' taste but increases a cost. Costco sells grocery staff , and their Manuka honey is not an exempt , it is not a medicinal grade. I like your video performance , you are a talented guy, same time please do not confuse audience by using Manuka word into a latte. As soon as it dissolves into a water a molecule become a simple disaccharide everybody can buy in form of white sugar for $3.99 for 4 lbs. 😁Manuka honey carry dietary Methylglyoxal , Leptosperin and Dihydroxyacetone and must be dissolved into mouth by small portion. That is the ONLY way to deliver health effect into human body. Never late to learn, right ? Welcome to my channel.
@@kleigh4418 Yep, plus it’s cheap and widely available, whilst healthy food is expensive and harder to find, makes you think if that’s the reason why everyone is so fat
You have a mistake on the Dairy Pure in the last column. Since Guru never scored it on day 2, the total score for day 2 of 11 should be divided by 2 and not 3, increasing the average to 5.5 not 3.7.
I have two cold brewers. One from Slovenian company Goat Story - reccomends 12h room OR 24h fridge. Jappanese Hario Mizudashi reccomends 8h atleast in fridge. Also grind levels are different and coffee to water ratios.
There's no right or wrong way. Some people have commented here saying I did it too long and others say too short 🤣 can't make everyone happy. Do what you think tastes good.
@@IcedCoffeeLifestylefridge and 24 hours, of course! Also gave a try to the 1-minute version and it's surprisingly "okay". So i'll keep experimenting, either way.
*I'm* not doing anything other than call the drink what Starbucks calls it. You don't like it - talk to them. See the video. Drink is called a "chai tea latte"
