call outs are faster just use them instead of saying it in chat (when you need help )

dont be salty when the surgeon doesnt heal you they didnt see you or they were closer just stay there and use the call out and I am sure they would have healed you

also consider taking some time to practice aiming I noticed you were a big jittery when you aimed very likely due to excitement or neviousness

also dont use side swing with heavy sabre just use up and down the side swings cant even kill runners

I think if you want to get healed more dont spam the callout in front of people that is annoying and makes us not wanna heal you also if they dont heal you the first time just wait you probably have adhd but waiting is a core vitue
