The message she's sending the world is worth it. Most people who mindlessly waste fossil fuels is not doing it for such a noble cause as Hayley is. She wouldn't be able to spread her message without using all that electricity and hers is a good message. It's worth it.

I hear ya. I have such a personal distaste for people who live the modern life, yet blame someone else. As if she's somehow above it all and isn't contributing to the ruin. The lack of self-awareness is maybe "charming" or "excusable" in the young, but she's 34 now.
I took her message to heart. I no longer buy their merchandise (not made from sustainable materials) or concert tickets because their tours promote effing the planet whilst profiting off fans telling them to be better. It worked, I'm "being better".
