@mangolitchi3730 I hear that the Louvre collection is coming back under the permanent collection 😍 they are under different names so it’s a bit of a mystery as to which one but they are back! For example, I hear that La baigneuse is now Iris de Malte. I hope this helps!
Definitely not long lasting in the sense that most people think of it. What I mean is that it doesn’t project much at all like alcohol-based perfumes. There’s no diffusion with the water base… so, although I can still smell it up close, there’s no trail or diffusion after a short while, you think it’s completely gone or no one will know you’re wearing any perfume. It’s really for yourself and your enjoyment. I’d say you can smell it max. 2 hours with some trail?? The scents are quite special which is why I come back to them time and time again… if you spray your hair and clothes (better because it’s water based) it does last longer!
Have you by chance tried their face care or know anyone who has? I have looking for videos / thorough reviews on here and NOTHING. I have been to their website and their prices appear to be creeping up. I wanted to see someone use their face care before I spend around $130 for 4 items. That price doesn't include the $20 for shipping.
I can’t say I have or seen any reviews other than a promotional video by Buly themselves. It does look lovely but I know what you mean… they’re not cheap 😂
@@desperatelyseekingmona882 ~ Thank you for responding. A few months ago I gave in and ordered some of their skincare and wasn't impressed. I was determined to try their cleansing water, hyaluronic and exfoliate. For amount you receive the hyaluronic was the most expensive.
That’s amazing! I’ve never actually been in their stores, unfortunately. I always get a beautiful calligraphy postcard and wondered who is writing those, but now I have my answer! All my orders seem to be coming from their store in Le Bon Marche or the Rue Bonaparte store, so they must have a calligrapher at each store like you said. Thank you for letting me know!
Oh gosh- I’ve actually been thinking about similar perfumes but I really can’t think of one. Buly perfumes are quite unique. I don’t know if it’s because of their alcohol free formulation or the ingredients they use but they don’t smell like anything I smelled before. They smell pretty “niche” and considering niche prices, I’d just stick to buying the Buly scents if I like them. Also, I also heard that they are getting discontinued as early as over a year ago. But, I recently ordered again and not only did they have the perfumes, they expanded the line to include lotion and oil, which I didn’t see previously. I think this is one of their most popular line. The perfumes are sometimes out of stock but I don’t think they are getting discontinued, at least not right away.

Even though it leaves me no choice but to buy the buly one 😭 apparently they were supposed to stop the line last year but carried on and this year should be the last because they can't use the "Louvre" name any longer than that. Another Collab should replace it. Apparently it's a collection of perfumes build around vegetables

Hello! Thank you for watching my review. I’ve never tested Pulp before but it may be slightly similar in that in seems to be fruity and has tiara flower giving it a bit of a tropical vibe? Le Verrou is quite voluptuous feeling with a fruity touch so not sure if it goes with Byredo’s vibe. To me, this is more of a tuberose perfume rather than about fruit which I believe is what Pulp is. DKNY Red Apple is also mostly fruity and clean feeling too but I don’t think it’s as fleshy and voluptuous as this one. The painting… I know! Whatever this guy is doing, it’s not cool for sure. I don’t think she’s liking it 😅 but like you said she’s not trying too hard either? But seriously, not cool… 😨
Great review! I’ve been very interested in this perfume as it is highly rated in the Korean fragrance communities. Currently choosing between getting the full bottle or the sampler like you did since there are scents from Buly I’m interested in.

It’s AMAZING ❤️ the texture is so perfect for right now. It starts off quite oily (which is expected since it’s an oil) but spreads really well and it is absorbed very quickly and wouldn’t be a huge bother to use in the summer either. The scent is really fresh. It’s a quite green orange flower so it’s like you’re smelling the whole plant. It may be surprising if you’re expecting the usual orange flower. But it’s very pleasant and natural smelling. Last but not the least, the bottle is to die for. So beautiful! Btw, love your username 🌸
I randomly stumbled upon this beautiful stuff because jhope's sister got a bottle of the tubereuse for her birthday and the packaging was intriguing. I think I'm just gonna shell out for the foreign transaction fee and give this a shot lol thank you so much for the information!
Oh the packaging is just so unique and special. This company knows how to pamper you! It’s not surprising that his sister got this as a gift- it’s super popular in Korea and the beautiful presentation makes it perfect for gifts. I ordered directly from their official site. Package came in about 7 days by DHL which was amazing. I really love their whole aesthetic and had such a pampering experience when I received the package. I highly recommend ❤️
I also wanted to add that the little booklet that fans out (shown in the video) actually has littles circles of scratch and sniff so you can actually smell the perfumes- I only found out recently and it was mind blowing. I really love this brand!
