Hi there! I have bought your winch and now id love to add a remote to my winch but cant find nothing! Any help to get the necessary parts would be greatly appreciated!
If you have the excavator, why not? Beats cutting by hand, and even if you have a splitter it is very labor intensive and back breaking work. After the log splitter you still have to pick it up and put it in the trailer...I'll take the "waste of energy and slow" over the alternative any day.

@adavash You need to see the whole package. At first, it isn't fast, but yes - it isn't slow, too. But if you see how many very small logs it procudes, you should be able to be either faster then regular log splitters or have a cheaper design. But using an excavator is far from beeing cheap. The compact design of the splitter too is useless when beeing mounted on a hugh excavator. It is a fail.
@RubyRhod Really .. slow? seems to be pretty compact and quick to me. I think from a loading cutting, splitting it seems pretty fast. But again I have really no experiance in these kinds of tools.
