I am a full time Video Editor and Motion Designer, even going as far as being personally nominated for an Emmy! Also a full time father and avid basketball player. @@Hiiiro in regular servers you can change it to korean voice in audio I do believe. But this is from global labs before release went live. Korean is the automatic language on global.
actually i was wonder same few weeks ago , and the issue is the tonality of voice, doesnt matter what voice you choose , for the raqe skill is same , with high tonality you can hear it full , with gross "base" nop . Thank me later :D
Well....isn't that the point? Before DR was pointless and evasion memes were gods. It was a dumb system and even if you didn't really have gear you could keep up with the people that been playing for years. Now everyone is tankier which doesn't feel great I admit but If your not playing a damage/kill class...your job really isn't to get kills. Do the other things well and you will have success. ATM imo we are in a place where damage is being nerfed because if new additions to the game that are upcoming. Soverings new gear specs new brackets...if we kept the old system we would be one tapping each other like a few years ago and everyone was complaining that is was too fast...threw one skill and people exploded. As for DR vs FULL AP. You gotta understand how DR is working...if they have more DR than you have total AP even if you run human damage, your damage is being reduced by a certain %...once you have enough AP to break there DR number than your damage numbers go back up. I recommend changing your crystals to more AP. I tried it (removed some accuracy and added more AP) and saw a little more success or going a tankier route and playing a CC style where you can live in the fight longer and make plays but not get kills for your team.🤙
@@Rocket-Gaming if instead of doing a " all class get Dr% in sa from 10%<=> to25% " - they should have done class get to chose à spécification either 15% more damage on cced target or 15% %dr SA and 50% block health, people would have been way better in their " role " than everyone just get more DR%. Cuz now its simple class that were tank already are tankier, class that deal low to no damage deal even less, class that dont have grab cant put pression on hight dr/geared target. And everyone is now using exactly the same stuff since eva use went down. - Everyone want debo with maybe 1 accuracy accessory or cadry. - Everyone will have to use the accuracy glove and dr shoes. - Everyone will have to go sovereign weapon ( but well on that bdo never been very different so i dont realy blame that ) - Everyone/most will either switch to the most efficient meta class of the moment ( exemple of zerk for arena of solare ) - Most class need a grab to be beaten if not go full reckless against a class that dont have one and fight in sa mainly until what ever happen. I should say i m a console bdo player so my opinion is mostly based on that. The game never was balanced and now its less unbalanced but if we were to give it some kind of représentation its like we went from a scale of 9/10 bad to 8/10 bad. Its still bad just a bit less.
@@knapstad1 Yes! I am working on a updated pvp combo video right now, since her magnus comes out this week and its a must use skill. I will release her new combo video this week.
On the heidel ball, PA will remake some texture like rock, vegetation, and enchant the background view so when we take picture the background like mountain and trees not pixelated, so it will be more getting better again, they said it will happen next year
PA finally gave Scholar her magnus skill. Looks like a great finisher adding movement damage and protection...sadly no CCs!!! But a great gap closer! What are your thoughts about the new skill?
Hell yea she is! This was made....2 or 3 weeks before her first balance update. She had alot of glitches and didnt have her rabams. Much better state now, but still BDOs forgetten child. Ive update her state in the game since then. 🫡
My new combo could probably still use some polishing. QUIX! If you see this comment help a brother out! What combo do you use? Any tips for scholar you might have? Let me know.
I thought about picking her up for Guild League since i really like her movement and the playstyle. I assume her role would be to just go in, cc ppl and go out as she has no dmg really?
@@JammseM If your new to the kit you will find it difficult. Check my pvp guide it'll help. Instead of Hammer Spin core run Infinite power. Yes, build her for more tankyness, you jump in, spin then infinite power and get out essentially. Class is fun though when you get the hang of her.
Bro I love your scholar videos I have always been iffy on playing her and how you go through everything makes me want to play her. Also your videos are a lot better than most if not all other class guides. You are awesome
Is the forward dash new? I haven't played since a few months after her release, and I don't remember being able to gravity blink forward. Is she unable to sprint normally?
there you should try on infinite power as CORE , with this you can rotate full SA. less efficient but best survivability in any aos/group fight even 1v1 and yes ppl will screw you LOL coz there almost no gap for them to cc you unless grab :), as 1v1 you can use drop kick as 2nd cc or group fight rotate all your SA, cant kill = run that all LOL
The loss on Hammerspin KD hurt us scholars soooo bad. people keep standing up in node war its a pain. I might go Succ Sage, or Succ corsiar... or maybe Awak Woosa, woosa bombing forts could be great in T1s
I haven't done many wars lately but I tried out Infinite power today. It was working before i had to hop in the FT. Woosa would probably feel better than scholar rn though. To be fair.

Hey guys thanks for tunning in, today I am going over my last two weeks of AoS as I try to climb the leaderboards for Scholar. If I don't make it to Top 5 in the Scholar rankings I QUIT BDO!!...Or atleast that was the idea until I realized how many crackhead Scholars truely are out there. I strongly feel like I could make it up there but if I fail idk maybe I will raw dog my tet debos on stream or something...since i can't int any other gear...we'll see. I also have been thinking of tagging my Guardian or my Lahn again, but if there is another class you guys would like me to make content on drop a comment. I read all of them!
@@Jenbumelkor I dont have an exact new combo. For AoS i am using HammerSmash . I'll be running Infinite Power Core in NW and throw HammerSpin BSR to the back of my nw combo.
To be honest, I would love a ranged knockdown or valuable CC alot of classes try to ignore her and bypass her in AoS. Having a ranged uility CC makes her more of a threat....OOOR some sort of Vacume....a vacume for scholar in pve would be huuuuuge.
@@MayorRivers Scholar in PvP will feel underwhelming. It will feel like you dive in and do no damage and die. In PvE it might get annoying getting from 1 pack to another but you should be able to pull more loot once you get the hang of it with Scholar.
@@joeyp5865 I have a pve and pvp guide. The pvp guide is dated now cuz the hammer spin core got nerfed but if you replace hammer spin with hammer smash it will work. I am considering creating a short with a new combo.
@@daniel90655 Yes...now it is 🤣...unfortunately since the KD from Hammerspin was removed...but you can replace hammerspin with infinite power now. Not ideal, but i am also gonna test Hammersmash and Hammerfall cores as a replacement. So i need to tweak my NW combo. As far as crystals and addons not much has changed for me. I did tweak some bleeds for AoS but the rest is about the same. Also change the core addon accordingly.

No magnus. No 6th core. Shit 100% BSR. No 2nd 100% and 200% (Archer, the only other Ascended class has em). Legit tired of PA pushing out half completed classes and then going radio silent.
@@MrHadane Worse part is the radio silence. If they atleast announced the set back i would be okay. They have plenty of other content to work with more prio...sure okay that is fine. But say announce it tho.
what you recommended when spin no more KD, i really dont know what build for scholar is the best, balancing or pure DR, i know she cant be pure AP coz she too much standing skill cant even tank if pure DP
@@irwinwhy6215 I am still running the HS core but gotta test it a bit more. In aos i am running an AP build still. You need to be able to win those 2v1s or 3v1s to move up. In openworld i am running hybrid. Just full ap you are getting blown up top fast.
@@Rocket-Gaming AOS is different seem i know without ap build hard to kill in some situation. just thinking about open world. and full ap build are mostly hard to win against DR build also when scholar dmg got nerf.. combo without spin KD mean combo mean dmg is nerf as spin do the most dps.
@@irwinwhy6215 Okay so, I just realized what you ment with HS no KD....i thought it was KD on hits 1 and 2 and now it is knock back...i am using IP to counter. So instead of dropping down and going into Hammer spin I go down and go into IP and use hammer spin towards the end of the combo to finish. Its really rough rn...I gotta fix my muscle memory...AoS was tough today....T-T
@@Rocket-Gaming hahahaha right , but therefore our DPS is lower seem IP bound after hammer spin we can't combo again enemy is running away :( That actually huge nerf for scholar DPS output ....just for ..... Add on a Stupid front dash aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh As for my combo I usually do thunder golden > IP> spin> home run > S+E. Now direct skip 2 skill due after IP we only got enough time for 1random skill ... HS is good but front guard even it chg to 1st hit KD , and I have to do c swap immediately after 1st hit, it's making finger muscle so confuse lol....
I'm stuck between Dosa and Scholar, you mentioned that you will still continue to be Scholar main, does Scholar class make you feel better? Personally, neither of the new classes really drew me in. I haven't opened a new class for over a year, Scholar looks fun, but there are a lot of bad comments on Reddit, what's the current status
@@msalihsaday I am currently working on a current scholar update video. Quick summary, She is good. PvE top tier PvP: 1v1 - Top Tier (mightve fallen off with latest patch) 1vX Top Tier NW average. Her playstyle just kinda suits me. Idk why people bugging. Whats your main now tho maegu?
@@Rocket-Gaming It is maegu, I did all my infinite potions with it but kind a boring. I really like awe. corsair but she need too much effort, and not good as meagu. I afraid I will get the same result with scholar, like it is fun but I have to go succ. meagu back to improve my GS. I have 7 charachter. always it ends up with meagu :)
@@msalihsaday Nothing can compare to maegu, she is easy, she is strong in every aspect. She needs lots of nerfs. Scholar has to bust her ass to even try to compare but she cant. Until she is nerfed dont reroll unless your bored. You won't find something better.
Hell yea, Im hammering away. I am kinda on the fence with this change. I am not used to the range on grab and its hurting but overall its a good change. Less damage kinda sucks tho.
Hey! Wanted to ask why you don't have a - attack/cast speed to enemies on any of your add-ons? Do you think it's not worth it? Also why have bleed damage on 2 different skills?
Yea, I dont find slows useful with this kit. She cant really stack efficiently. But the bleeds in AoS get me kills and stack well with her healing debuffs.
@@xvs_flame1440 Hash is one of the few classes I never gave a chance. My only expeirence with Hash is pvp and he has one of the deadlist grabs in the game. I would say dosa tho. If awakening kit gets a grab dosa is S+ in pvp at all levels cuz he becomes a monster in every aspect. Grinding im sure will improve to atleast average.
When you say that you went from doing 30-40k damage to 70-80k, are you able to actually see those numbers in AoS? Is there a button I'm missing to see your stats?
Disappointed in dosa tbh it’s clunky over protected and shouldn’t have a grab in awak since he parry’s them. Can’t wait for this to be better than scholar since they can’t even add a magnus for her 😂 truly dog water devs calling dosa new content but can’t finish their last bit of “content”
@@thisnameisinuse8259 100% agree with the finishing scholar bit. Are you sure he can parry grab. We tried to test it and he failed everytime. He can parry two stage grabs like scholar and sage where they CC before launching grab and thats why the CC gets resisted and grabs fail. But i dont think can perry a grab he couldnt parry zerk.
@@Rocket-Gaming I haven’t tested it as much as I’d like to since I haven’t seen many dosa’s but on release it felt like my zerk grabs got parried could just be placebo I did see the two part grabs were getting parried though. I’m almost certain you have move knowledge on this so I’m sure he can’t parry a zerk grab or low chance if possible
how is scholar then in terms of pve? i just returned to the game. trying dosa right now as tagged character but it sucks because i cant have garmoth on the marni piece along with ofc missing rabams etc... looking at scholar too.
@@AI.Musicx91 Scholar is top tier in PvE in end game. Even S+ in some areas where she can deal high damage to single target like Cyclops. She isn't the best but she out performs averages normaly. It's places where you need big AoE's and lots of range where she starts to lag behind some. Her AoE's sometimes miss targets on the outside and you might miss those few mobs.
@@Rocket-Gaming how would you add her up against musa? i just came back. i am doing well on the musa but friends are constnatly looking at different characters in terms of meta. i am just looking for a enjoyable tagging character which is now dosa but due to the missing stuff i am looking at scholar. you would say shes worth it?
