Have been up there for the Perch bite the past couple weeks filling the livewell. Cant wait to go after some trout. My boat isnt set up for trolling for jigging is what I will have to do. Glad to see you having awesome success.
I have not but we seem the boats out there that day I have never seen so many boats looked like a scene from the movie Jaws lol thank you and good luck to you as well! Thanks for the support 👍👍
@@friskyfishing8738 If I could only choose one thing to have on my boat but it didn't matter how much it costs it would absolutely be spit lock. I would choose that over anything else. Your whole day on the water is going to be completely different in a great way. Enjoy that.
Look up Jim Miller from McGraw NY if you want to find the best trout fisherman in NYS.. Hands down the best finger lakes salmonoid fisher there is.. Jim is the Man.....
Man, you are all over the place up here. I live in Macedon and fish alot but for some reason I've never paid much attention to those 2 lakes. Definitely gonna check it out after seeing this video. How long does it take for you to buzz from one end of the lake to the other and can you travel between the two lakes using the little canal that connects them? Anyway maybe I'll run into you this summer sinse we fish alot of the same water
What’s up brother! Thanks for the watching and all the support. I have a 40hp so it takes a while on some of the bigger lakes so we just pick a certain boat launch but on keuka lake I can go from one end to the other in about 15 min. I will be out there hopefully see you as well 👍👍
Like your videos. Please, no more loud annoying music in future videos. You know, I won't say again, thanks. All the natural sounds are the best. Good luck to you.
You going to put out good videos like that, I must subscribe and did. Good job. Pound for pound, wild Catherine rainbows in good water are some of the toughest psycho fighting trout in the world. They have issues, lol. Good luck in the future.
Now thats what im talking about. Beautiful footage and can hear the fishermen, fish, water, everything. Well done. Fished that creek the 1st this year and did pretty well. Good luck in the future.
Nice footage. Would've been a pleasure to watch if it wasn't for the loud tremendously annoying music. Like having someone screaming in your ear while trying to watch a movie. People want to hear the natural sounds. The fishermen, the water, the splash etc. Who told you that loud music would make the video better? Lol. Hope you learn. Thanks for sharing though. Love Catherine, been fishing there for over 50 yrs. Dig your Martin 72 reel, still have mine working great after close to 50 yrs. Good luck in the future.
@friskyfishing8738 1st time I didn't go to Catherine creek opening day in close to 30 yrs. Same reason both times. Warm winter resulting in few fish as most went back already. Went to inlet instead, definitely the right choice. Better water and fishing. I wish you well.
What depth you guys fishing this early in the season? Gonna start fishing Lake Champlain in April after 2 crazy successful years on it, but never started this early, and wondering why they’re not closer to surface when water is still this cold. Thanks and great video and to tight lines in ‘24!
