My squadron flies out of RAF Benson (1343 East Grinstead) and it is the best experience i have had within the ATC. Highly recommended to any cadets/NCO's
Strangely the aerobatics weren't scary at all!!! You just got some G and that was it, you didn't feel like it was upside down or anything. Actually the helmet hurt LIKE HELL. Once I took the helmet off, the rush of blood in my ears hurt so much, and my neck was in agony because the helmet was too heavy. :( But the ride was fun. :)

@derossi14 ehhm... thats becouse thats a Muse show... so maybe not many people really know MCR Both are great bands, each with their good and bad points
No they weren't!! The only reason ppl didnt appreciate them was because the are less known, but in my opinion they were by FAR the best warm-up act. I was plain bored during mcr and biffy clyro's sets. Of course, MUSE were bloody amazing tho! Wow they rly put on a show. ;-P
Lol, yeah, Biffy are pretty awesome me and my mate had a right laugh when they played their set. Anyways... Long live Muse, and long live their fans :P
Yeah same probs but I wish I knew who biffy were before I went then would have appreciated their performance alot more coz when I got in the stadium i just wanted Muse to start lol
Maybe, but I couldn't understand a word he was saying tbh. MCR were everything I expected, a bit trashy, but passable. Would've paid double the ticket price to cut them all out and go straight to muse tho

nope, I have in fact done aerobatics on a very windy day at Wyton, and I really enjoyed it. But to go above the cloud layer you ideally need to find a gap in the cloud to go through to get enough height, and there were no gaps (i can't remember the exact alt of the bottom of the clouds, but it was pretty low). I don't see why I'd be too scared to do aeros... it's great :p

No :) but on the Saturday the guitarist from Dirty Pretty Things threw a bottle of water at me... then a pint of beer at me... then more water at me :( I don't like Dirty Pretty Things any more :)
Nice one mate, I was stood just about 5 people behind you...can see the back of my head when the lads emerge from the ticker tape :) Fab balloons footage too....bliss is my fave song, so glad they played it on Sunday after not playing it on Sat!
i must of been pretty close 2 u...a few ppl away maybe! i agree with u -shy child were kinda gd. i prefered them out of the 3 support acts.i find biffy and mcr samey and a tad boring... i just don't understand the hype! MUSE of course were mega amazing! didn't get 2 c MUSE's entrance or the acrobats. but hey never mind as i was at the front! ;-)
