I mostly post my gaming achievements and self made (or sometimes requested) challenges here so feel free to stop by if any of my videos are of interest to you. I also like to edit from time to time. If you perhaps need some editing services, feel free to contact me via email.
Awesome, the first method barely worked, maybe I misplaced one on the trees. The altar actually got destroyed just as it ended so I thought I had failed, but I was so happy it didnt
The key is to plant first circle of trees as close to moonbase as possible, and then continue to plant the rest of the pinecones around that circle. In seasons other than spring, you want to light inner trees as soon as event starts and you will most likely win. In spring you want to light inner trees as soon as it turns night. Hopefully it helped you understand a bit better.
Scrappy Werepig reminds of an Ork. with the wacky laser tech to that gear club. he even does a WAAAAAAAGH! but the W is replaced by a R. this boss is a force to be reckoned with. love em. whenever i do fight em i give em an ork voice to boot.
@@renem.9061 Wooden walls take fire damage which means that if you used wooden walls only, they would drop to 0 hit points quickly meaning they would no longer block path to the moonstone from other sides, increasing chances for mobs to destroy the event.
@@BlackDicey That is why I said "no skills" in the title. On my channel I just play Willow because I like her as a character, and until frostjaw update she didn't have much going on. The only time I don't pick willow in my videos is if fire damage is involved in which case I pick Wilson.
You need to move for some time to start slipping on icy floor. I didn't move much here. Also the faster you are, the less you need to walk to start slipping. Here I used 0 speed buffs so it takes me longer to start slipping. Hopefully I explained what you were curious about.
Damn! Mase this look easy! So regarding the cannon attack, based on the burn mark, would it actually be easier to dodge if you ran diagnally for a shorter distance?
The only way to dodge laser is to walk away in straight line since boss tracks your position at all times until he fires the laser, and when he does fire it, the speed of the laser is almost instantaneous.
On account of the intro the Bearger segment had to be my favorite, both because the original clip is hilarious and Bearger is my favorite Seasonal and Lunar Boss. Stellar work kicking the seven shades of shite out of them lad.
i had a world where i was no hitting the bosses again, did this one and didn't think a ton of it. certainly on the harder end but nothing outlandish. if anything, i had some pig spawn nearby that kept ruining the fight. ended up making yet another world to redo the fights because the audio quality was awful and i just got to klaus yesterday. the difference this time was that he didn't spawn near a road. im even using a walking cane and mag and this fight is still outlandishly difficult due to the blue deer. could never have imagined how big of a difference that tiny bit of extra speed made in my first two no hits. also, THANK YOU for the phase two strat of having klaus leap towards the ice deer to keep him from sprinting.
Ignore my first answer I didn't notice the part where you said "klaus didn't spawn next to road". Anyhow, if you're using my strat to avoid spell damage, even a simple walking cane can make the fight a breeze compared to 0 speed boosts fight. However cane + mag definitely will give you leniency in timing! Although cobblestone roads aren't that hard to prepare, if for whatever reason you couldn't prepare them, I got you :D Thank you for watching and enjoying my content, much appreciated!
Another outstanding video. I really would enjoy having explanations about the fight tho, like timings and nuances. Not only this boss but all others. Would really help elevate "skill showcase" to complete guide. Thank you
So far I only have one guide type video and this isn't the one. Most of my videos are just fighting the boss damageless. I'm not really expecting people to no hit the boss just because I did it, especially not this one. Trust me his shoulder bash is painful to avoid sometimes.
Fun stuff but not ideal. I'd rather use 12 dioganal walls and a structure (ruins chair) if im in a hurry. If im in a long world I'll just make 6 pig houses as this will bug out the event and it will complete itself while unloaded.
The point of this video was to showcase unique strategies to defend the moon stone event. While none of them are ideal considering there is always a weakness of sort, I didn't see anyone use strategies similar to these ones, as most strategies aim to block the passage to the event or like you said "bug it out". It's all about a personal preference in the end so if you don't like these methods it's alright. There are plenty of other methods anyway :D
It's not needless, it's to clear the junk around the arena. If you pick it manually, you can get jumped by a spider or a catcoon and that you will not avoid.
If you pay just a tiny bit more attention you can see my hunger going down. Go at the start of the video, now go at the end of the video. You'll see that my hunger went down. Thank you and goodbye!
If you paid A LITTLE bit of attention you can see hunger indeed went a little down. If you have skill issue it does not specifically mean everyone has skill issue
