Your roll should be rolled tighter for a more consistent bleed out .... I can give many more tips on your torching and I would only rate you as a 6 out of 10 ... keep learning

Looks ok, try standing on the other side of the roll and push it foreword with one foot, constantly putting pressure on the roll, so the bitumen can really vulcanise. And a hugh plus is that you're not walking backwards so you won't fall over any obstacles or into openings
Your not meant to ever walk on freshly torched felt, walking behind rolling with a foot is 100% the wrong way. You are supposed to roll it out with a cane like shown here.
Moerakski yes the torch down well still be hot and soft to walk on. always use a pull stick. i c alot wanana be torchers walking on torchdown and kicking it the same time. this guy did a good job. union roofers kick ass.
If you walk on the product when it's hot you'll with push in all the granules (tiny colored rocks) or they'll be stuck to the bottom of your shoes in a big hot mess. You can walk on it after about ten minutes depending on the temperature outside
