All homes should be built to accommodate the elderly and disabled. This will be better for everyone. Large wide doorways and hallways make using a cane, walker or wheel chair much easier. Bathrooms or wet rooms need to have flat floors and no shower hump or pan. A flat floor allows for easy access and drains need to provided. Easy to use lever door and faucet handles are easier for the elderly to grip and open. Main floors should include a master bedroom, restroom, shower, laundry and wide walk in closet with few steps to enter. Homes should be designed with aging in place in mind.
Why is there no link to actual property information, to include listing price? Nice video but no link to contact agent. Truly a lost opportunity to reach a large audience and actually sell the property.
I see 2 links. The first has additional pictures of the property on what appears to be Saul Creative website. The other link is specifically for Saul Creative. Maybe I am missing the property info. All I am saying is is there are numerous property videos on RU-vid and more and more showcase filming skills (in this category yours is one of better ones I have seen) but lack easy to find property information. May i ask why you opted for still photos with a ken burns effect when you have shot the rest in video on your drone. Just out of curiosity and wondering if it was because the interiors would come out better on photographs because we could do long exposure or AEB exposures, etc.
A slideshow is a cheaper video option for our clients. Plus images are a higher quality form of showing interiors. Video technology only allows blown out windows in most cases.
