Yo recomendaría no ponerlo a fermentar en utensilios de aluminio. Ya que sueltan los químicos del metal.. El vinagre de Piña es muy saludable y medicinal aún para eliminar sicatrices y no se diga pa golpes aún internos y muchos remedios más y sobretodo la nata madre que se forma es muy saludable...
The first mofongo I ever made was using this video a couple of years ago. I have since been making it on special occasions in different ways. But today, I was craving it so much that i had to find exactly how the first mofongo i ever made came out and eat it that way again. Love it.
One suggestion, if you could back up your camera more when you're recording it would help to be able to see what you're doing. In this video it is way too close and it makes it hard to watch. But thx for the video!
Omgosh I never knew that you can't leave stuff in the can cause I always do that and I do get sick so that's why I get sick cause of that. Thank you for telling me now I know.
This looks like the most amazing mofongo!!! I’ve been looking for a good recipe for a few years and they all seem so bland! I am making this tonight! Only difference is I have yuca and plantains 🤷🏻♀️I could only get a little if both
My mon use to make this year's ago but at the time I never thought to learn to make it ,since she gone now i could use your mom's recipe with secret ingredients please if possible. Thank you
