Spilled a little pop on ZEPHYRUS ROG . Immediatley soaked up with paper towels. Noticed mouse movement on its own..Left upside down over night. Then it was fine. 2 weeks later after update i get glitching mouse after 10 minutes of use. Should i take off back and look for sticky spots?
I upgraded the RAM in my 2012 Apple MacBook Pro (A1278) from 4GB _(which it had when I bought it, New from the Apple Store)_ to 16GB, then, a week later, I upgraded from the 500GB Hard drive to a 1TB Solid State Drive & there were a lot of steps to that which weren’t covered in this video, I was told by a Mac repair technician _(independent computer repair shop)_ that I had to make note of the exact order I removed the screws out of the bottom cover & make absolutely sure that the screws I took out _#1)_ went into the *SAME* hole they were removed from & _#2)_ the screws, when reassembling went into the MacBook in the backwards exact order they came out… & I was told the CPU would short if I didn’t do this & I’d destroyed an _iPhone 6 Plus_ trying to replace a broken screen myself. Talking to my dad (military trained electrical engineer, former operative for United States Coast Guard Electronic Support Unit since the 1970s & Computer Technician since personal Computers have been a thing) & my father in law (Electrical Engineer since the 1960s, Software Engineer since 1970s) & they both told me “that’s totally viable, Apple doesn’t want end users going inside their products & _fooling around,_ so there most certainly is anti-tampering measures they’ve taken to prevent that…but Apple wasn’t counting on RU-vid happening & having there be videos showing step-by-step instruction on how to open their products & repair, upgrade & modify them”
Thank you :) got it removed and reinstalled. Only issue is now I have 2 mini bumps on the front of the computer, apparently I put the longer screws on some of the screw places
@@ViralKiller A Reddit thread says they just snap back on too. I haven't opened it back up to see if I can do that but I sure did try that already (before anyone told me they should snap back on).
My Ideapad 330s 14kib comes with a two-cell 7.4v battery. can I upgrade it with a three-cell 11.1v battery? If yes, should I also upgrade the charging adapter? It comes with a 45-watt adapter. Any suggestion??
