Actually, I was absolutely sure that the player in question didn't want to go any further, otherwise I would have waited. And that's because he drove very far to the right and up the side of the road and didn't just drive round the scene of the accident. It looked to me as if he wanted to park at a safe distance from the road, especially as he came to a standstill (for me at that moment). On closer inspection, however, he probably continued to roll all the way round. In this respect, I will be even more careful in future when passing people who ‘park’ in front of me - or not at all, no problem. 🙂
Yes, instead of braking I should smash the one in front of me like you did with me?! Of course, lol. Just break also if the traffic is stopping - or if you won´t brake just go on another lane (there was a empty lane where you could go instead of rushing without braking into my truck...). Deal with it (and learn from it) or make an appeal and talk to the game mods...
Der Ban ist gerechtfertigt. Du hättest einfach nur einen Report gegen Ihn auf der TMP Seite machen müssen und ihn in Ruhe zu lassen. Du hast den Ban auf jeden Fall verdient.

Natürlich war der Bann gegen mich gerechtfertigt, ich hätte mich für meinen Move ja auch reportet, wenn den jemand so gegen mich gemacht hätte. Der Sinn meines Videos ist es ja hauptsächlich, die Vorgeschichte zu erzählen, wieso ich so gehandelt habe, denn der Kontext meiner Aktion fehlt im Reportvideo von Rednoob, das auf meiner Profilseite (komplett bewusst) öffentlich einsehbar ist leider aufgrund der Kürze seines Videos komplett. Aber ja, mein Bann ist komplett in Ordnung, und ich habe entsprechend natürlich auch auf einen Einspruch etc. verzichtet. Wie geschrieben - bitte lies dir die Videobeschreibung durch und schau dir die entsprechenden Videos an.

But really now, what (dangerous) nonsense the gamemod writes there, I hope he doesn't turn in front of each other at junctions in real life too....
Do whatever you want to do - but you know now that I record my playing all the time. Maybe you should just reflect on your own mistake and accept that you were the one who did something wrong, not me. In any case, I'm the wrong person for you to contact if you feel you've been treated unfairly - file an objection with a report moderator and that's that.

Hi, I have no problem with you personally, but I do report all things that are done to me or my truck by others ;-) Nah, learn from it and drive a bit more carefully/slower in future, then it'll be fine. But you ended at least two other players' deliveries prematurely, which would have been relatively easy to prevent. And I've been banned a few times, but that's just the way it is and I'll try to avoid such situations in future. :o)
Still not the guy recordings fault. Why would someone EVER make a u turn when oncoming vehicles are approaching. Just like you would make a left turn in front of someone going straight
@@casperskovgaard6030 Thank you for your first answer which says it already. In fact, @e.1145, I have NATURALLY not braked here. There was no time left for that. At first it looked to me as if he was simply going to turn left and then of course wait until the oncoming traffic (i.e. me) had passed. I didn't expect him to simply crash into the side of my vehicle, I only realized that when he suddenly drove across the left-hand lane in my direction of travel - but by then it was too late to brake because I was accelerating after the red light.

The ban against me is for violating the rule "§2.2 - Collisions" and "§2.5 - Reckless Driving" and is valid until March 14, 2024, 01:31. Yes, the situation can indeed be assessed as such, even if realistically no one drives there in accordance with the road traffic speed limits in the port area. The route there has a 30 km/h restriction (you can see it at timestamp 00:21), and I drove at 45 km/h instead. It is therefore possible that if I had kept to the 30 km/h speed limit, I would have stopped in time and not collided with the wrong-way driver. Accordingly, I will not appeal against my ban.
Völlig egal, wie viel Schaden, selbst wenn gar kein Schaden entsteht reporte ich solche Manöver. Die Leute sollen sich halt an die Regeln einer Simulation halten und wenn sie das nicht wollen eben auf den Arcade-Server spielen. Und nen Drama machen? Ich habe nur nen Report gemacht, ne Sache von wenigen Minuten. Entscheiden tun dann ja die Gamemods.
@@stepkemanga Ich muss ganz sicher nicht Singleplayer spielen, denn ich halte mich an die Regeln. Und wie kommst du darauf, ich würde es nicht verkraften, wenn andere in mich hinein fahren? Es sind meist eher die gebannten Spieler, die ein Problem mit dem verkraften und vor allem dem reflektieren der Folgen ihres eigenen Handelns zu haben scheinen. Abgesehen davon passieren im Singleplayer auch Unfälle.

There are now enough people who no longer use the internal report system, where reports always time out, but have switched to the web report system, where every incoming report is processed without exception. And if the gamemods then decide that the report was justified, you will simply be banned. It's entirely up to you whether you stick to the rules or not - accordingly, you only have to bear the consequences of your actions... So have fun play offline the next time.🤣
