How much do you charge for building the houses

when I am able to make my dream home, I am looking at bookcases that can be modified, I want to combine the furnishings and walls that I grew up in, in both my house and my aunts houses and my grandmother's house. I miss those housed and I want something that can bring those elements together so I have something to call my own that I don't have in real life. I want to make it my own with all the same kinds of furniture, fixtures, bathroom and kitchen. I btw, love your dream house... it is going to be great.
