Spiro is a horrible blocker choice and can fuse the breast plate prematurely. I don’t understand why you’re not mentioning Bicalutamide which is far superior to any of the other choices you listed for a blocker. Also Progesterone after a year on hrt taken as a suppository will stop T production and replace all blockers.
Thank you so much for this video. This was extremely helpful. Our child who will be turning 16 in a few weeks would like to change their name. They have been going by another name for years now due to being gender fluid. Would they need to sign the documents needed or would these be signed by us (the parents) since they are under the age of 18.

To update your drivers license do you remember how you filled out the form? DL-80 At the top I'm not sure if I should check replacement or check the box for change or correction. With Box B- I checked update card but I think I was supposed to check photo license. www.dot.state.pa.us/Public/DVSPubsForms/BDL/BDL%20Form/DL-80.pdf
I have a question. I am in the process of getting my first name changed in Montgomery County. I married my wife 7 years ago so my old name is on our marriage certificate. Do I need to get that changed as well or is it okay?
Oh at 50:37 - Dr. Brandt does surgery at Reading Hospital! So there is a GCS surgeon. Not in the Lehigh Valley, but Reading isn't bad. And from what I have seen her results are really good!
Gynecology (n.) also gynaecology, "science of women's health and of the diseases peculiar to women," 1847, from French gynécologie, from Latinized form of Greek gynaiko-, combining form of gynē "woman, female," from PIE root *gwen- "woman." Second element is from French -logie "study of," from Greek (see -logy).
Thank you for all of this! I'm in the middle of doing mine right now. I live in a smaller county in PA, and I walked in to the prothonotary and paid to petition the court first. THEN, they gave me the information on all the stuff I need to complete before my court date. On the paper, it says I need to do my fingerprints, but doesn't specify what to do with them after... Do I take them to the prothonotary or my court hearing? I asked the prothonotary, and they really didn't know themselves. They just stated that they thiiiink I bring them to my hearing..... I'd love to hear your opinion!
