I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had with one of your dealers, JAKHAR TILES AND SANITARY, which I believe is engaging in unethical business practices that tarnish the reputation of Roff and create a negative experience for loyal customers like myself. On 20th September 2023, I purchased 5 boxes of Roff epoxy from JAKHAR TILES AND SANITARY. Having already used between 10-12 boxes in the past, I am a regular user of Roff products. However, after using 1 box, I realized I no longer needed the remaining 4 boxes and attempted to return them to the store on the same day. To my disappointment, the store refused to accept the return of 4 unopened boxes, citing that because 1 box was used, they could not take back the rest. They even went on to say that if I had used 4 boxes, they would have accepted the return of only 1, which is completely illogical. After a long, frustrating argument and wasted time, they eventually agreed to take back the 4 boxes but insisted on deducting 18% tax. When I asked for a bill or invoice showing this deduction, they refused and said if they issued a bill, they wouldn’t accept the return at all. This seems like clear fraud, as they are using deceptive methods to cheat customers and possibly evade taxes. Their actions reflect poorly on Roff, as customers expect honesty and professionalism from authorized dealers of such a reputed brand. As a loyal customer of Roff, I am disappointed and would appreciate if you could look into this matter. Dealers like JAKHAR TILES AND SANITARY damage the trust customers place in your products. I hope Roff takes appropriate action to ensure that such practices are stopped, and that other customers do not face the same issues in the future.
