the police should have taken in to account this man was old and not a fit man shouting at him to hurry up and causing him stress leading to a heart attack i bet if that man was there father i bet he would be alive now

Most cops don't give a s*** if a person is down on the ground....in discomfort or agony....dying. I think they just see a "criminal." Not a HUMAN BEING.

When he was first put in the car he wasn't in distress. It progressed after him being in there awhile, likely because he took a ton of drugs trying to hide them from police. They DID call for a medic. I'm not trying to sound cold but when a druggie takes a ton of drugs to try and hide them, knowing it could kill them and even lies to police about it, how can you blame police for that? This isn't on them at all. They didn't know he took all the drugs till later and they called for medics when they first found out. Unbelievable that you'd still try to blame anyone but the druggie that caused all this.

First they really didn't give him a real chance to walk out. The one security guard was pushing his head down while they pulled him up. One try. One chance for the man to walk out alive. Then straight to max restraints while he was face down with two security guards kneeling on his chest. Bloody mouth...any teeth lying around? No we took him down pretty hard. The guy was almost dead while max restrains being put on which was exactly three minutes after the cop showed up. Over 10 minutes later still in max restraints, no pulse, eight cops standing around doing nothing. EMS shows up and the cop starts lying. Even when he has already died EMS has to ask them to take the max restrants off. So the young guy was high and running around the stadium. No threat to anyone. He ends up dead. This is scary shit. Security and cops used max force and too stupid to realize or care that they were killing him. 😡😢 Does anyone know what happened to the guards and cop? I really want to know.

"Very labored"? No, not when his chest isn't moving. I think they keep talking to them on camera to make it seem like they're still alive at that point when they know better.
These incompetent officers are supposedly trained in how not to restrain a person to avoid asphyxiation! I’d love to see each of them not struggle when they were in effect being suffocated!! That poor man suffered so much. So many times this has happened and it’s the same treatment, total lack of skill, turning a blind eye and causing way too many deaths 😡😔
I worked Seavey Circle as security after this. Most of those people are good folks and just trying to live. The few others are assholes and deserving of whatever that comes their way. The cops always showed up with several units if we called. But I gotta say, most of the SAC PD guys that came out for me were assholes too. Cause everyone hates security apparently, even the cops. Do better SAC PD.
this man was treated like an animal killed like an animal by a bunch of animals the police just stood around waiting for him to die only tried to save him when they knew it was too late just to make it look good when it goes to court i hope the police go to jail but we all know the police are above the law and will protect other gang member who were a badge
