If I use 110 grams almond flour like you’ve mentioned, what would calories be like? And I don’t have any psyllium or xantham, what can I substitude them? Thank you so much!!
*Update* I made this and it is GREAT. I did mix in a separate container, placed a parchment paper round inside the ramekin and lightly spray oiled it. Released easily AFTER cooling. Thank you so much for this recipe. !!!!
Absolutely delicious, thank you. I amended the recipe a bit, used 3 large eggs instead of 4, subbed the coconut milk for coconut cream and added 2 tsp of vanilla paste. It came out perfect, almost ate it all in one sitting.
She doesn’t need to show you have to make it. She’s just showing off the food lol. And it’s common sense just keto noodles, an egg, some chives. Just search a recipe on Google for the sauce or for similar but even better tasting recipe.
If Cheese made off from A1 Casein Milk I don't think its a healthy version. From healthy Keto version I mean, diary must be Goat/lamb and also it must unpasteurized and grass fed.
Unfortunately, this recipe did not work for me 😢 The dough was too runny, therefore sticky. It won't hold form on the pan. Also, it tasted too salty for me. Probably because of the cheese I used (Quickmelt + Eden).
Great recipe it mostly tastes like peanut butter and only peanut butter so it cant be used for anything like a tuna or chicken sandwich for example …. but please consider removing music. It’s too loud I cannot hear you in spots and it’s very annoying. Thank you
Tried this recipe.. I don't know what happened but my pandesal turned out to be gritty. Like I'm eating sand 😢 I think it's because of the psyllium husk powder.
Add vanilla and lemon juice blend in food processor or blender so it will fluff up also add an extra egg i use ff Greek and it comes out awesome every time oh pinch of salt too
