only an idiot will buy this house, houses like this has a big mark on its owner saying rob me! its easy to enter! even in America houses like this doesn't exist(even inside Gated Communities, this is a design to maximize profit and lessen material expenditure to the extrema.
Very nice house .. I like it .. just want to ask if they have good security guards and gated village and securities goes around and guarding the village.
A superb family home, investment property.. secured, safe, private.. The design makes it homey. Three things.. am not a fan of side entrance, the living room window should be bigger to eliminate the feeling of claustrophobia and a big winduw for a holiday tree display! The covering up to the roof in the back area limits ventilation and prevents airflow and energy movement rendering a stagnant feung shui.. Reducing the covering will also limit the entrance of unpleasant odors grom cooking in the service area and will provide ventilation and natural lighting in the kitchen and dining area.
Too many windows that release energy. No enclosed garage meaning the cars are exposed to the elements. The main front door have no protection from the element. Is the gate automatically controlled? No closet for clothes. No walkin closet in the master.
nakakabother lang yung mga "no?" ni kuya. last time ko nanood ng video nila was more than a year ago pero hanggang ngayon sobrang dami pa rin nung mga "no?" nya hahaha! 🤣🤣🤣

Its been a years why this property cant buy 1st so expensive for the location and layout👇2nd 3 bedroom for the price?????even im a millionere or biliionare i am never invest for this property...although the surroundings and neghborhood is absolutely stunning i am never spend money for this house👍👍

Then you mentioned 6 car garage when its only 2. tsk As for the house, the house is poorly designed. For something demanding a 35M price tag, and a massive Floor area of 540sqm , everything seems cramped. from living room to bedrooms. not really ideal. Then the colour scheme, yuck. again from design perspective, the kitchen! horrendous! they paid more attention to the dirty auxiliary kitchen than the main kitchen itself. i guess bad staging

Maganda ang bahay, pero ang tiles na ginamit sa flooring ng entire house parang pang-cr lang. Mukha ring mumurahin ang toilet fixtures lalo na ang toilet bowl. Walang wardrobe cabinet ang mga bedroom. Walang provision for range hood ang main kitchen at dirty kitchen. Ang mga furniture sa na inilagay sa living area, walang class, hindi bagay sa bahay. In short, overpriced ang property na yan.
This subdivision looks absolutely wonderful and the views spectacular but those stairs....too many stairs to walk and there is very little added interior decorating in the house.
I'm sorry to say but the furnishings look so cheap and the material used in the house are just standard materials for a 26M house. So, essentially it is just the location that you are paying for. Because you probably would have to spend another 4 to 5M to configure the inside of the house to your liking.

The TB for the ground floor is not accessible enough, especially for elderly people. It should have a TB or powder room inside the ground floor area of the house.
Ramdam ko hiyang hiya si koya ipakita yung maids room, ako din nman nung makita ko, same feelings koya, wag naman sana patayo matulog yung magiging maids jan😢
