As a former garbage man, this guy was 100% right. Never touch a bin that's close to, or touching a car. People call and say the garbage man caused old damage to their car. People aren't very honest.
I live a couple hours South of there. Same company. Nice catch. That bucket style is newer. I've never seen one of those trucks with that style of buckets.
