I think people throw shade because they can’t afford them! Crazy like you said they’ll pay 225 for the same pair of jordans but a new design, clean silhouette and no glue stains and top notch quality control but they too expensive…clowns!
I had them in 10th grade and was able to recop this year, happy with them! The OG pair didn’t have 23 on back so it’s closer to the OG 94 pair and the jumpmans on the 2024 retro is like the OG 94 pair the 2010 didn’t have the jumpman on the left pointed the way the OG pair did. The shape on the 2024 pair is a lot closer to the OG pair vs the 2010 pair. Even the bottoms of the OG 94 pair came with a blue jumpman. Respect the content but just letting you know facts on why the 2024 retro is much closer to the 94 pair! Gave you follow keep doing your thing!
Good lookin out! How'd you keep the OGs so clean? How do you store them? I scored on the retro. Personally, I prefer the OGs, but they're both fire in my opinion.
Honestly, it’s from minimal wear. I make sure to store all my shoes in their box and in 70 degree cool climate. Also, don’t keep your shoes outside too long. And I agree, they’re both dope. Can’t go wrong with either or 💙
Honestly, there seems to be a size discrepancy between either Adidas USA vs Adidas Canada vs maybe international. I went TTS which is 9.5US but it felt SUPER LONG (got my pair in Canada). Almost as if i was wearing a 10.5 shoe. Putting them next to a pair of Nikes, the length of the shoe from heel to toe was almost an inch longer. Mind you, because the heel of the Harden 8's stick out, it gives that extra length overall. I ended up returning them and would definitely want to try a pair of 8.5US size. I've owned hundreds of shoes and the last time I wore an 8.5 was when i was a teenager 30 years ago. >_<
😂😂😂 that’s crazy! You might be right. But they definitely look long on feet lol. But for some reason mine felt snug inside. Adidas has always sizing issues. You gotta play Russian roulette with sizing when buying from them, unfortunately
I agree with this. Almost all my basketball shoes fits me well at 8.5 but I tried it minutes ago 8.5 feels like 9 to me, it feels longer than other adidas basketball shoes.
Damn bro you just saved me. I thought I had a fake pair because I didn’t have that dark cream color on the back of the heel didn’t know the new drop was completely white
Thank you man, I appreciate the support. Yeah, I think it’s bcuz how limited they were. I read it was somewhere between 2,000 to 5,000 pairs were supposedly released
People complaining about the price of a new, fresh, flawless crafted product are the same people paying 200 for the same damn Jordan’s that they just change the colors on! This is a clean damn shoe and the collab is fire too!
Exactly! Thank you! Don’t get me wrong, I love my J’s but it gets tiring buying the same shoes over & over again. These were made properly and craftsmanship is top notch!
I appreciate the support ✊🏻 yeah man, hopefully you get what you want next drop. Since it’s Adidas, most likely this will the case for every shoe they release with Fear Of God. Hopefully not tho lol
Your one of the only reviews that spotted that the 2023 isn't True to size and is snug. I ordered True to size listening to every other review and the shoe is too snug, but doable and gave me a reason to double up with a half size up. I'm just gonna keep the size up on ice and rock the smaller one because these are my grails anyway lol.🫡🔥🔥
Sorry for the late reply. Thank you for your feedback! Yeah, it was weird to me how more people weren’t pointing that out. Especially for people with wide feet. Definitely enjoy these grails! Bcuz based on how Jordan treats this colorway, they probably won’t retro them for another 10-15 years from now lol
