EN Sub in the setting 记录与动漫相处的时光 |Just recording and sharing my moments with anime ❤️ I cry and laugh VERY VERY easily Hope my videos resonate with you. You're not alone
19:32 this just a glimpse of his backstory not fully, no, dragon was like the same age as Kuma back then, we’re gonna have to wait for the full backstory.
Despite everything Kid accomplished, clashing with and beating a yonko (with help), having the same bounty as Luffy of 3 Billion he was still no match for Shanks (with only one arm). We can at least say that Shanks took him seriously, and went all out immediately since shanks saw the amount of damage Kid was about to create.
kon's characterisation is really excellent. His interactions with the coach were great. DEVILMAN crybaby by Science SARU Inc. is as intense as ATTACK OF TITAN and I recommend it. It will surely knock your guts out!
Great reaction. I love how engaged you are. I guess "braised eggs" means bald people? Heh. The great thing about this show is that every character is almost equally important, human, and relatable, even the guy who went to the ocean. It's not good guys vs. bad guys. Unlike Sakuma, Peco is lazy and relies on talent alone. In episode 1, he told the college kid that "hard work is for people with no talent." Something to think about. Tsukimoto's weakness is sympathy. He naturally doesn't want to steal the game away from people who think that winning is more important than he thinks it is (Peco and Kong). The way he copes with this when the coach challenges him is the same way he copes with being bullied. By retreating into himself, doing as he's told, giving people what they want, and "killing his emotions" to force himself to not have sympathy. When we see him become the robot, our first instinct is to cheer for this, but is it actually a good thing? Is he actually learning to become passionate or care about winning? Is killing his emotions really a healthy way to deal with his problems? Or did the coach actually just accidentally bully him into acting this way too?
I'm glad you both keep reactings and sharing your thoughts on this show. Is always interesting to knew the point of view of someone who practice sport when they watch this kind of anime. I hope we can see you soon once again with the next episodes.
Many manga artists have been influenced by the author, Taiyo Matsumoto. The early “One Piece” and “Naruto” were strongly influenced by other works by Taiyo Matsumoto. Haikyu is even more strongly influenced
Tokiyuki being so young with all of his experiences and a heart to sympathize with small folk, is beautiful to see (even Fubuki is excited to pass down his teaching and brighten up this young Lord's future). This was a really good episode and we got to see the Elusive Warriors triumph over their biggest challenge so far.
Very nice reaction and review. Totaly agree with you, a very special show that earned a special place in my heart. Congrats for the video, from Brazil! 🇧🇷
This is a great reaction. Very earnest and engaged. It's very novel to see the reaction to Kong from a Chinese perspective. Impressed that you took the time to add subs, too. Hope you continue. The show's a masterpiece, in my opinion. I think it's more about exploring different themes in a more realistic and philosophical way compared to Haikyuu. As an English speaker, it's too bad the show's subs can't be in both chinese and english at the same time, but luckily I remember it pretty well.
Sorry I can't speak Chinese, but I am loving your reactions, thank you for English subs. I can speak Japanese so I can listen along while you watch. You're a great reactor, I will watch all your content!
