Don't move here.Had problems with noise, bugs,scorpions. Upon moving put was charged $2,185. I paid my rent early every month . They legally are not suppose to charge to replace carpet or repaint. The carpet was clean yet they stated it was heavily soiled. Total liers crooks scanners!
I moved in Nov 2016. After many test messages and phone calls i agreed to sign a new lease in October. Come January I receive a letter on my door telling me that they changed their mind. That the lease I signed in October they are taking back. Yes! That's right I was 4 mths into my new lease. I am going thru chemo and have been ill, I asked if a friend could move in to help me (2 bed 2.5 bath). The refused to even accept an application from my very qualified friend. They refuse to give me any answers. I know my very bitter soon the be ex husband called and made a stink saying he wanted to off the lease. Well he did that in jan. The old lease termed in October, so he was already off. After living there with no issues, i was always friendly with neighbors and staff- they take some bitter ass hats complained and demanded I move. When turning in the keys they actually thought I was going to give them my forwarding address. WHY? so they could give that to ass hat?! SURPRISE!!!! I purchased a 3 bed 3.5 bath with 2 car garage and nice little yard. There are SOOOOO many nice and new apartments in Lexington, do yourself a favor and look at them. a single person living there and keeping my winter thermostat @ 63 my elec bill was at least 200.00. Not insulated. Dog poop everywhere!! Gates always broken!! Keep looking friend
Perhaps the worst apartment complex in west McKinney. Without question. Check out all the bad reviews. Unless you like feeling like a complete tool and enjoy being used, recommend not moving here. Run, do not walk.
park crest is the shittest places to live in palm harbor. the people are shit the facilities are crap. you pay for a gated community thats not really gated. oh and if you plan on staying longer than you lease they raise your rent by 20%. dont look at any of innisbrooks property.
