Hey Nat, I’ve just come back from a 3 weeks trip through the Philippines and we stayed in Zamboanguita in Negros Oriental for a couple of nights too. We were a little unfortunate with the weather during our stay though, since it was pretty windy so when we tried to go to Apo Island, it was a very rough sea and we couldn’t go on land. We were able to do some snorkelling around the island and it was already beautiful though! We also went to Tambobo bay and to the Balinsasayao Twin Lakes and Pulangbato Waterfalls too. I think the south of Negros is a beautiful place too and very touristy, so definitely worth a visit!
