I have the livescope mount , and I use a SEELITE tranducer pole with quick release on my Old Town Sportsman 136 Autopilot kayak. Its about as solid as it gets.
The original double wire livescope transducers had some issues with the cable separating in a few spots where it meets the transducer. This one was beginning to come apart so I added some silicone to prevent any water entering if at all possible. We invented the a cable saver to address one of the problem spots. fishobsessed.com/collections/1375-series-transducer-mounts/products/cable-saver-for-garmin-panoptix-livescope-system
