Hi, the PPS is a live on stage puppeteering prod, that's been performed (nearly) annually as one of the last big events (next to the theater prod) at every recent Eurofurence, which is the largest European furry convention. After decades, they moved the con from a hotel in Berlin to the CCH convention hall in Hamburg, last year. Berlin was always too far away from me, so this was the first time that I could actually be at a con. It's been an absolute incredible experience, and I've been lucky that I could find someone who recorded the broadcast (EF Prime Live). It's kinda shocking that it's really hard to find details/recordings, cause there's so much work going into it - and before I saw it, I really didn't expect that it's such a big and long show. I plan to be at EF28 as well, and hope that I can work out that this year's show won't be lost in the ether - I mean, they got a whole dedicated team with huge studio cameras, so idk why you apparently can't just check these recordings as a congoer afterwards - cause you can't really be at the con and watch the TV stream at the same time (and you need to login to the stream with your con account, so idk). Cause of course I can't be kilometers away from home, run around on the floor, and record the stream at the same time. So I'll have to see if I can hopefully find multiple competent people that help to archive it, cause all that effort is too grand to be just lost, for nobody to be seen imho.

Worked with nearly 50 different artists on commissions, dumping way too much money into that - and if you're rich enough? Oh hey mate - yeah, everything seems to be way bigger this year; after miraculously getting the venue ready in a few months, for the first time then (talked about in the closing ceremony, I think? I guess I put that in the community tab somewhere.) They got a whole second floor and *everything* was booked with much higher prices in *January* already - last year I got a comfortable and cheap hotel in 10mins walking distance in *May*. (all rooms gone now) I thought "is there some big event going on simultaneously"? Took me a while to realize that EF now *is* that big event, for Hamburg. Holy quack. Gotta see if I'm not super shy this time, haha. (I feel l was too afraid to chat with peeps and had no idea what I was doing, lol.)

I DL'd this off iirc Google Video an eternity ago - an embedded timestamp mentions 2007-03-17 20:17:06 UTC Uploaded by (probably) "Minzman" back then or earlier I've been in love with this track since back then, and feel that I finally should give it back to the Internet for your enjoyment or identification help. I converted it to an audio file to plop on my Samsung YP-P2 (beast of a player, RIP) and affectionately dubbed the track "Coyote", after I couldn't figure out the true origin/name, even back then in 2007. I remember that the DJ Diehl website mentioned in the video featured a flash loader with a droning synth and a looping "Shhh... Be quiet!" in the background, but I apparently never found a proper discography or HQ download, let alone ID. These days I can't get Wayback to work on the linked website, and it tries to forward me to the (also of course nonexistant) Lycos member page of a person going by "Luganax" Wayback also autocompletes to a "djdiehl(dot)musicsite(dot)de"from 2001/2002, so this is potentially really early net music.

Dude, you've been an unforgettable part of my life for more than half of it so far, and I thought that this might be picked up by one of those music hunting channels someday, but I deemed it just too obscure, and with Google etc. not helping much I didn't have much hope, but thought I could at least finally share this track, that I thought was just too good and catchy too eternally keep from the world, as probably the single person that has it laying around anymore. So the last person I expected was the actual artist, oh god. Man, I'm glad you're still around and hopefully well in these difficult times! I saw that you uploaded this track just two weeks ago, was that a coincidence? If yes, holy shit, that's like some cosmic alignment or something! It must be, cause how did you even find this? Cause I guess it's not in the content ID system that (probably?) pings artists about videos their tracks are in - cause I Shazam'ed, SoundHound'ed and Audile'd it to no avail every now and then. Even running it through RU-vid's brand new song search (when hitting the voice search on mobile), that searches through uploads on here. It's super surreal to hear other tracks from that era (perhaps album?) - cause I feel like I might've heard another one of them in some shooter montage, also back then on Google Video, perhaps on your channel - but didn't have that one downloaded, or it just got lost while switching from computer to computer over all those years. @@Rainquack Hi, really crazy... the uploading of the old songs was really a coincidence. We wanted to update them all in the old year 2023 so that the songs remain here on RU-vid forever. I found the video you uploaded by chance because I was looking for videos about the game crashday. Unfortunately, other versions of the old songs are no longer available, there was a part that I found on old hard drives. I think you should never give up your passion for music, which is why it somehow continued over the years, sometimes more, sometimes less. You will only find our music here on our RU-vid channel, especially completely free without any commercial thoughts. We also have no interest in making money on RU-vid with advertising revenue. Listen to the songs Trance Sequence 1,3,4, I think you'll like them too ;-) We also wish you a great 2024.
I was live there and I must say, the story is fitting for the current time and I really like the way the story was structured. It was not only functional but also very enjoyable. But I must say that coming to the close of the show, it felt a little half-heated and not as polished as it could be. I know that there was most likely just not enough time but I hope that next time, this is being calculated in. But enough critique, It was a great experience and I am thrilled for the next pawpet show!
Same pretty much, but at the same time I feel like its still crazy to even put this whole entire event out there in like... almost only 6 months, I think was maybe mentioned in the closing ceremony? It also was my very first time, helped by the huge location change. And while I of course heard about the Pawpetshow, since finding the fandom and absorbing lots of info especially back then, around 2006 - well, I never knew what to expect. Little young duckling me had the typical 'Kasperltheater' road show image in his head, with a little booth and some goofy hand puppets, just maybe 'furry-er' and for 30mins - and that never really updated. Cause I threw my hopes of ever being able to attend any con into the wind, cause of wild distances, no car, and money in general. So I freaked out when I heard they're moving closer to me. And after this con: •being my first ever experience •ending up in the front row with a mic in my hand besides Uncle Kage at the 'my first con' event, fighting sound issues, lmao •meeting some lovely people and artists I admired since 15+ years already •getting a dope badge drawn on site •destroying my legs by dancing all night •then taking a day off at home watching Demonormicon from there •and returning the next day to con + hotel •this play ABSOLUTELY BLOWING MY LITTLE BIRD BRAIN AND MAKING ME FEEL MORE DIFFERENT EMOTIONS, THOUGHTS ON SOCIETY AND TEARS DOWN MY FACE THAN ANY CINEMA MANAGED RECENTLY •to then cry again at the donations raised in the closing ceremony •ending with destroying my legs once again by literally dancing 6 hours non stop through the night •to then meeting plus making out with actual Horny the Succubus at the front door after we all got kicked out, feeling just as much like prey like Timmy in the show and *loving* it •with finally ending up in a hotel room's bed; I can say that it was absolutely insane and basically only positive, as someone with *zero* of and any 'large event' experience. No concerts, Gamescom, or even other furcons so far. I was so anxious and scared that this'll go wrong in the worst ways (I mean, I saw/heard things from a bunch of overseas cons... *shudders*) - but it was so *much* more positive, I can't even describe it. I definitely have to try to come back this year - which is especially fitting my current Cyberpunk obsession, cause that's the theme. But I'm just noticing that I haven't really felt the 'theme' as much as I expected. Sure, Demonormicon fits, but otherwise it didn't feel very "Dark Magic" as a whole. ...which I really didn't notice until just now, so it's probably fine.

This was so much fun to watch. Thank you for posting this. I missed the end when he was giving the special thanks. So now I get to see what I missed and hear all the amazing furs who contributed to this performance.
Oh yeah, it's so interesting - I really didn't ever hear them in the moment - must be a weird phone mic thing, cause it was LOUD. x3 Also I successfully disintegrated both my shoes and knees by dancing for ~15 hours over the con. X.X Prob overexerted tendons are *still* hurty, but I got gel and snack a diclo twice a day, so I'll live - I never really dance ever, so that not just was my first con, but also rave. You don't really feel it in the moment, and I had no idea what I was doing, but OMG it was too much fun. The first two nights (4h each) were fine, and the pain was pretty much gone the next day - took a day off then, got a crush on Horny the Incubus from home, and returned the next. (actually met him after this dance - getting treated just like Timmy in the show💖- when they closed up the CCH in the morning - such a happy end and fantastic finish for what was my first time!) But yeah, RIP to the good ol' Free Train Versatility's, after 5 years of daily wear. Got a second pair as a spare, cause I loved them so much, so they're still squeaky. xP (maybe should get others for next year, to not destroy em too) Also I love that vanilla/strawberry-y look of your sona - thought about making some food inspired OCs from time to time - they're fun!
