Hello . Can you please give me advice if you can. For making pave in ring what is more productive: there is VEVOR ENGREVOR $300 and Foredom Bur +hand peace (chisel/ hammer) a little more expensive, I already have Bur machine but chip Harbor Freight,I would appreciate your advice, thank you Vj.
Personally I use a Foredom flex shaft and a multitude of burs and hand tools. Essentially all you need is a high power rotary tool, a few cutting burs and a beading tool.
Thank you for answering. Have you tried rhodium plating liquid on silver or it’s too expensive to use on silver? And can you us it in gemstones ? Thank you. Vj
Rhodium works on silver. It can help resist tarnishing but typically this is only done to finer pieces. Some gems can survive plating, some cannot. GIA's website is very helpful in explaining which is which.
