Well with some clever routing you might be able to sample VST:s too. I haven't tried but sending MIDI to DAW and output from the DAW to Force might work.
Well I wish I could be professional someday. It was not 10000, more like 6000 since I bought it from discount - that's one of the reasons I ended up buying it since I found it at "bargain" price for a new item. My neighbour just bought a car for 50 000 so I think this is kind of cheap actually compared to that or some old gear on Reverb. Other neighbour just bought a 20k motorcycle, but I don't see anyone question that even that he isn't a professional driver. Both of those also cause yearly expenses almost as much as my beloved synth. So I think it's a matter of taste and prioritisation. I used to own a 1000eur car, but I sold it to buy more synths :D Other reason is that synths are my hobby and since I have studied and worked hard (and thus probably sacrificed my dream of becoming professional artist) I can sometimes afford these as a gift to myself. I also sell some of my synth purchases quite soon (usually with profit) if I don't like them. This one I am going to keep though. Can you do without Moog One? Certainly. Is it imperfect? Certainly. Is it fun and inspiring to play with it? Certainly. Is it so beautiful it has become the centerpiece of my studio? Absolutely. Do I feel joy and love the sounds every time I use it? Yes I wouldn't take this to live gigs though, too heavy for my taste and the software is still a bit too unstable to rely on for a full gig.
@@Syndrive Very well put! I was a professional, but now just a synth hobbyist like yourself. That is awesome that you got the moog one for just about the price of a brand new Minimoog reissue! I am not big on the new Moog stuff because the support is lacking and their QC quality seems to be also. If you are wondering whom I may be, Look me up on Synth Wizards, on the episode "The Elusive DX-1" if you have not seen it already. I am the one with the synth studio which that synth came from. I do not have those synths featured in the video anymore except for my OB 8 voice, my CS-80, my Rhodes, and my Yamaha CP-80. I have been replacing different synths with newer up to date models, and I have not found a place for Moog One because I have never spent over 6K for a synth, and the price tag and reliability scare me. You say the software is unstable in the Moog One, Is Moog supporting the Moog One as they should be? I would like to know more about the Moog One to see if it fits into my work space. I have the following up to date synths in my studio right now. Minimoog 2022 reissue, Jupiter X, Roland TR8S drum machine, and the Oberheim OB8X. My next potential purchase will be the Prophet 10, and then I think that will be all the synths I need for what I am doing. Thanks for the great reply!

@@Syndrive I just got my linnstrument 128 to pair with my iridium, the weird thing I’m experiencing is in split mode, the two sounds are not clearly split on the linnstrument left to right, it’s split like top and bottom of it. Did you experience that weirdness at all?

I love early 70s synth sounds, always have... I have a few VSTs, a Minilogue XD and a Deluge, I don't "need" this synth BUT I really WANT one! It's just so twiddleable and immediate. Subbed. 🖖💯🎶
Hey very cool track! I have questions! My Pulsar-23 and BSP just arrived a couple days ago. I followed along with your vid, but I must be doing something one. I mapped Seq1.Pitch out to the BASS Tune section's AMT, but it's not modulating anything. I tried changing gate, pitch, and velo on the sequence, but I'm not getting any effect. If your Seq1 also driving BASS via MIDI?

Thanks. It's always fun to mess with Syntrx, sometimes I wish there was more possibilities for modulation though. Even though the matrix seems complex, it doesn't have that many points you can actually modulate. Of course I still have much to learn with it and haven't used the inputs so much to provide another way of modulating. For example modulating resonance, delay/reverb timing and filtered output channels would be nice. Fortunately most of this stuff can be done with external FX though.
These “horrible errors”, they aren’t in the room right now because they are in everyone else’s studios. Just keep putting out content, every learning issue is hard won.
Hi, I've done the same setup, but the midi part of the Overbridge track only sends note information to Analog Rytm track 1. How is it possible for that track to play all the sounds of Analog Rytm? I think my problem is in the Logic settings because A. Rytm has it set up just like in the video. Thank you very much for the video and to whoever responds
Once in Overbridge mode, I cannot get Logic to see the Rytm as a midi device anymore. It only works in USB mode. Similarly, in Audio/Midi setup under the MIDI studio view, the Rytm is offline when in Overbridge mode. How do you get around this?
