@@Gazziza29 One of our owners and head engineer and designer is from China. He is one of the hardest working, innovated people you will ever meet! He is also an epic adventurer. He took a dirtbox to the Arctic Circle last winter and camped in -40 degrees! He is a savage! That being said, non of our products are white labeled like some of our competitors… China has some of the best manufacturing in the world and we are fortunate to take advantage of it. This is why most of the goods you and everyone uses today are made in China.
I'm looking for one for my 2024 GMC Sierra 2500hd AT4X. 6'9" bed. Can the backup camera be used with my truck. Also, can the rear view mirror camera be relocated. It would need some type of mount. Awesome camper.
Nice but... The camper door folding up is a deal breaker! Awkward! Make a version to swing to the side for a full entry. With that setup i would want to stand on the tailgate. Also would like to access the tent bed from the outside via standing on the tailgate.
I'll be seeing you and the DirtboX posse sometime in October Jay - hope you're around. Needless to say, I'm stoked as Hell and as giddy as a kid at Christmas! I'd be honored if you and Tao would etch your signatures somewhere on my Gen given its the inaugural year of this bad boy!
This is not your typical "air mattress" We leave it essentially deflated with the valve open and it is still inflated and comfortable. Kind of like a high end sleeping pad!
Please take my money please take my money me want me want😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊. Now just make this for the midsize trucks and we’ll be talking some real business

Guy at work bought one of these but it's got some build quality issues he noticed a few days after installation. Looks like it's been dropped or something and it leaks water. He's trying to get it exchanged for one that's not damaged but he's getting ignored. Too bad because at first glance it looks nice.
Interesting your not rubbing with the 35’s buti expect that’s because you have the aftermarket bar. I have the factory bar with Maxxis razr 295/70r17 on factory steelies no lift yet and I get slight rubbing on front bar plastics on the outside tyre edge only when on full lock and full compression. Slight rubbing on on inner rear but that was resolved by pulling the inner trim back with a zip tie. It gets held out a bit but the fuel filler and adblue hoses
Totally agree about the off-road steering- it’s perfect! To be honest, it’s good on tarmac too- planted and heavy just the way I like! Got tired of my 200 series’ twitchy steering😮
@@Dirtboxoverlandhow can I chat with you directly man? I live in Southern California, it is impossible to get a brand new Unimog here due to regulations, so I’ve been search around for a long time to get my hands on the best one possible…
Am not lifting my Gren at all, until I see the results of the USA lifts etc (already there are lift associated driveline issues). Would love a bit of extra height, but so far will just be going for 33’s.
Sorry I didn’t catch what tires and size you were running - interesting that you didn’t do a lift. A lot of discussion on the owners’ forum about blown front drive shafts for anyone with a lift. You see any issues with the new tires, since you didn’t do a lift?
