This is one of the worst workouts I have ever seen. Kids are not only going to get injured doing this they also are going to fry their nervous system and get little benefit from a tiring workout. Just think about nfl football it is a explode for ten seconds rest for 40 seconds sport why not have training and conditioning closer to that??
This is one of the worst workouts I’ve ever seen on RU-vid. The absolute hilarity of yelling at a kid “work on your explosiveness while he is dead tired” every pro sprinter rest a whole minute for every 10 yards sprinted at a min meaning you sprint 60 yards you rest 6 mins before you go again so you can be explosive. Adding weight and/or a band to hill sprints is just hilarious too the point of the hill is to be the resistance not to mention the chains break form leading to horrible habits. My twin girls also, their development delay they’re 11 months old now. They just only sleeping they can’t sit stand but they can hold catch something well and their legs can move up down normally. Chris pls recommend me how can I help them. I wish they could stand ASAP. ❤ respect from Cambodia 🇰🇭
