Hey coach I'm wondering if you had any tips on how to schedule these. Should I stick with one until I feel like it gets easy? Should I rotate a few different ones each week? I enjoyed the SGA workout so much, I did it 3x/week for 5 months but my moves definitely became predictable to my weekly pickup group.
- 3 spots five shots -×2 in & out/between pull-up (4 each side) -snatch pull-up (4 each side) -half spin+ attack+ change direction (4 each side) -between+ behind+ ×2in & out+ between (3 each side) -attack behind pull-up (3 each side) -pound+between+ in & out+ between + behind ( 3 each side) -×2 behind+ in & out + spin back (3 each side) Wings -hesi+btwn+ in & out+ cross ( 3 each side)
