I thought of sharing my collection of recipes which are tried and tasted over the years. This collection of recipes include the recipes which I learnt from my mother, my grandmother, my sister, my MIL, my friends. Some of them are from the recipe books collection which my mother have. Some of them are explored by me out of curiosity. Some of them are modified as per my needs or circumstances under which I am preparing them. Some of them were tried out of necessity. All in all, these are the recipes which are outcome of practice over the years. These are not just the random recipes from internet.
