@@budj123 First of all, thank you for having an interest in my work! I think there is no big difference between the two of them. I have never used the mono version of Leica, but I always use and edit with RAW files converting Adobe monochrome on Lightroom, and whenever I see someone’s Q2 monochrome photos, I don’t find any big surprises. I might keep using my Q2 and Film Leica. These are the best set for me now.
I am fascinated by your view of the things in your immediate surroundings and your ability to capture them with the camera in an extraordinary way. Best regards - Monika
I really like the unusual motifs. They challenge the viewing eye to look very closely. This is also the case with the first image with the silhouette of the child in the shadowy area of the room! In image 0:27 I notice that your own shadow rests exactly on the dominant fence post, which is exciting in relation to the jumble of objective lines on the wall surface that you have aimed the camera at. Some motifs seem more like mysterious symbols and are difficult to decipher visually, such as this one 0:42 or 0:52 or 1:12 . 0:59 very successful photo - the person who seems to be in a kind of cage in the glass building. 1:37 - this pile of luggage also makes me smile because it looks like a face smiling at me. 2:38 - a kind of waiting room that is given significance by the clock on the wall. If I had to name favorites, they would be picture 1:02 (the person with the umbrella in this seemingly deserted shopping street) and 2:32 (the newspaper reader who seems to be passing the time while waiting). Today I came across your channel and this photo video of yours by chance and am now a subscriber. I will definitely look at your other work from time to time. You do great photography! Best wishes from afar - Monika
