Fantastic!I'm planning on buying a Ibanez RGMS8,8-STRING FANNED NECK,with jumbo frets.What do you think? I have a Fender Super Strat,and an-YOUROCKGUITAR,and a MISA TRI-BASS,and i play the bass guitar and in love tapping guitar style,for about a year.I'm only 5'-5" with medium size hand fingers.Is this the right move for me, because,i also play classical guitar,finger style.Also i'm 76 yrs old.I'm a professional guitarist.
The edges of the frets are sharp and the action is horrible. I absolutely hate the thing. The string spacing is way too close for me compared to a standard classical. I have the fanned fret one. Besides the frets and action it’s not bad but I am going to have it fixed & sell it.
As far as shipping and not being perfectly setup, I could handle that. What I can't handle is I've bought from several major name brands and you have buzzy frets, fret ends are unfinished, warped necks, impossible to lower the action (the neck, body and the bridge itself are all the wrong heights) and they want to tell you it's your fault for ordering it online.
