Lucky you didn’t do any damage. I know that feeling when you open the plugs and there is all that pressure coming out!! Honestly mate. I know you love your ski and this was a “minor” issue (nearly sunk)... these seadoos have a reputation for sinking due to their carbon seals. I love the brand, however there is an ongoing issue with some of there parts that are manufactured by a third party with the recipe changing all the time, Unfortunately I will never buy a seadoo again unless they change their wear ring and replace the carbon seal with something similar to Kawasaki or Yamaha!! After mine took on water and became an anchor, the insurance refused to cover me due to the high sinking rate of seadoos. If your choice mate, they are issues with this brand, and I wouldn’t like to be the test subject, Not hating, just telling you from experience
How on earth was the hull filling with water? You're lucky you had those tubbies on too. I have been thinking of buying a SeaDoo Fish Pro Trophy, but after a few different videos I'm having second thoughts.
No still get one - best machines!!! It was an exterior transducer cable that wasn’t sealed properly. I go out nearly every Tuesday off-shore and very safe machines. Check my little channel out - Vision Homes Jetdki Adventures. I’ll do a full episode on what happened.
