I can't wait, graphics look good and apparently it will also have translations/voice acting in many languages :D I study Japanese as a hobby and like Chinese characters a lot. I've learned almost all 常用漢字 (2000 kanji)
Is the proccesor compared to a ryzen 3 4350g better, much better or hugely better? It runs pretty similar at the beggining with max graphics but starts slowdowning at 1455 (maybe a single channel 8 ram issue) at least i can play ck2 perfectly i guess
In the reality they spent more than 20 years to take Candia from the Venetians… and they took it only because of a treaty and not because the city surrendered or was successfully assaulted.
The trade system is in favor for the ottoman, later their home node will become an end node which is something not all nations can do, and their culture is the same with the Arabs which is not correct, yes in Islamic countries culture doesn't matter but still that just make ottomans have no rebels after conquering and can go immediately to the next target beside they are a lucky nation it feels like everything in the game has been put together for the ottomans yes they should be strong to ensure their survival but I think hey went a little too far and just made them too OP
I've looked at this CPU and it should be just a little slower than mine in EU4 since single-core performance matters most here. Also, it depends on the game patch. EU4 got bigger in past 3-4 years :D
They're probably the strongest for AI. They're emphatically not the strongest for players - they have good ideas and a great start, but they don't have OP ideas or missions like some countries I can think of *cough* Mughals *cough*
@@DarkRaven4649 after new dlc's power of ottoman's AI was complately ruined. Almost all of my last 4 campaigns (i played as uzbeks, korea, jianzhou, portugal and haven't intervened ottomans' issues) ottomans lost against mamluks. Before new updates, ottoman always beats mamluks.
They should make this kind of modifiers functioning only with certain countries… the speed with which the ottomans conquered all north africa wasnt the same in the european provinces just look at how long they took to conquer forts from venice or the habsburgs
IMPORTANT: What country do you want me to play in my first playthrough? I'm thinking Bohemia, Ottomans, Sweden, Holland, USA... you guys pick! Let me know in reply to this comment. I'll try uploading regularly, no ALT+F4, no exploits... also you can set a rule to make it a bigger challenge :D
@@laffetum3050 it's true, if you are planning to fight a nation with a lot of forts, make a spy network and just keep spying, this strategy saves you a lot of manpower that would have been lost due to seiging down forts. And all it costs? 1 fucking diplomat.
But western tech in the late game and eastern eu tech will be kill ottomans in absolutism age. But imagine if Ottomans pick quantity idea + his national idea. Anyway I hate Ottomans in EU4
@@Rosemarie_and_tomato I think the other guy is wrong by saying "hate", but the ottomans are still ridiculously overpowered as quantity ideas + their national ideas essentially means that you could beat even Prussia as long as you have enough manpower 🤷♂️
@@redvalentino4777 whots wrong with ability to beat Prussia? As a player, you are able to defeat anyone with anyone. Ottomans ideas now aren't that OP, top but not OP for sure
@@biyiklialperen1923 15th century ottomans were crazy, like if napoleonic france or nazi germany just held on to all that territory for another 500 years
