23;00 mark he mentions grounded leads but does not say if that is bad or good, he just says if you have resistance between leads then you are grounded- question I have 50 hp phase 480 volt motor, I disconnected the incoming power and used a fluce 2k ohm meter, one lead touching green and the other lead touching red, then green to black , then green to yellow- each reading i had resistance, just as if i was touching the 2 meter leads to one another- is this good or bad? thanks all.....

Awesome and very informative video! This video save me a lot of money and time when I found out it was my capacitor. Replaced it for $12 and all was good.

My Wayne 1/2 HP water pump used to work properly, since half year ago, it suddenly to work irregularly. Sometimes it pump for 5 seconds and rest a while, sometimes 10 seconds and rest a while, sometimes 2-3 minutes, and and the rest period can be seconds to minutes, all irregularity. What exactly was going on?

My motor Y-B is 3.8 instead of 3.7 ohms Y-R is within range.. My 3W motor turns freely by hand but with power turns very slow and gets warm. How can I tell if it is the motor or motor controller.?

i have a house that is missing a neutral on the pole transformer. this transformer services 5 customers. my customer needs a well pump to work and with the new ground fault protection it knows there is no neutral from the grid hooked to the transformer. the transformer is hook on the secondary side to ground via 8 gauge wire and G/rod at the bottom of the pole. would be nice to see some info on this issue.
