Ceiling limit not covered as a result concept became wrong also EPS EDLI not covered so concept became wrong

The last case cannot be considered in POSH as none of them where working for the hospital. Both of them where outsiders hence hospital IC cannot punish him in any cost, since it wasnt a workplace for anyone of them. It can be an IPC case not a POSH.

I have one doubt How can individual goals can directly alanine with Organizational goal Even though if alanine means there is no 100% of employees goal won't match with organization right? Then how can take the person forward.
