Dairy is so high in fat or sugar, I don’t see how that’s healthy ever. Maybe unsweetened Greek yogurt w berries, walnuts , and Splenda or a bit of raw honey but that’s it. There’s zero need to ever eat fried foods, processed foods, fast foods, or sugary sodas. ❤
I jumped through hoops suffering. To get to Cleveland clinic to see Dr Hull. Unfortunately there would be 18mnths wait. I was referred to the next best Dr Holubar. Took 5 trips and finally had surgery 6mnths later. This place cares and they are world class. If your needing the best of the best in Colorectal care. I would highly recommend getting in. They saved my life, I'm grateful and impressed how they work as a team. I only dream I could go back when needed. Canada patient have to apply with Ministry of health.
