Hey patch im just curious, do you think its better to start Dropshipping(with the hopes of turning it into a brand) or starting an agency in 2024. Tried both for around 6 months each. I was able to close to client for 1k/m(but rly didnt enjoy the work), and i did around 10k rev(2.5k profit) DS. But lately ive been going all in on DS and i just cant seem to make any new products work, and im debating whether its easier to start with an agency, hit 10k/m and use that cashflow to start a brand on the side. Or is that just shiny object syndrome and i should just stick with DS(its also the thing i actually do enjoy)

I’m thinking of creating $10/day search campaigns with 5 exact match keywords (1 campaign -> 1 ad group -> 1 ad) to test 20 products on my Shopify store. Do you think this is a good strategy? I sell specific types of gifts, each with over 1000 monthly searches. For example, one product is a gift for a 40-year-old woman, and I found relevant keywords via Keyword Planner. I plan to test Google search ads for 20 such products on my gift store for at least a week. I'd appreciate your thoughts on this strategy. Thanks!
How many products do you have in your store To be able to generate 10k usd a day using Google? You can just give me a range you don't have to be exact for example something like 100 to 150 products.
It varies per business. I've seen clients do $10k/ day with 1 product. Some businesses it might be 100. It isn't something you necessarily need to worry about. Focus on quality over quantity.
Do you recommend putting in Audience signals in feed only PMAX or none at all? I have an e-commerce gifts store and I am currently running a PMAX feed only campaign without any audience signals. So I am currently thinking to use gifts & occassions and personalized gifts as Audience signals asking with “people who have visited websites like Etsy and Amazon”. Do you recommend this?

Great video! I own a gift store (on Shopify) and I currently have 300 products wherein each product has 2-4 variations. So for my search campaign, is 5 exact keywords in a campaign under only 1 Ad group a good strategy for a $10 per day budget? Also since I am selling a “21st birthday gift for her” necklace product, Should I put seperate keywords for gift and present if using exact match Or does “21st birthday present for her” mean the same as “21st birthday gift for her” in eyes of google search algorithm?
Hey I run a company that does Custom PCs, struggling with the google listing's asking for MPN and EAN numbers which they don't have, as we just custom build. What's the best way to structure these without effecting performance of them on google if possible? It seems google thinks they should have product identifiers but they dont other than the SKUs we set for them?

I thought your point about the 1000s of non converting clicks was interesting - it goes to show how poor the other channels are in terms of traffic quality...which don't you think kind of begs the question whats the point in even using them (display and discovery.../pmax)
I currently have a PMax campaign with ROAS of about 400% (for all products). It was upgraded from an earlier Shopping Campaign. In one of your previous videos, you mentioned we should have separate PMax campaigns for bestsellers, or different collections. My question: can this be achieved by having 1 new PMax campaign, which includes several Asset Groups? For example, creating a new PMax campaign that has 4 different Asset Groups for my Bestsellers 1-4? For the asset group of Bestseller #1, it will have its specific URL, images, videos and keywords. Hi, yes this definitely can work. If you're making this new campaign and having a handful of best sellers in it. I'd make sure that these best sellers are all of a similar product category. However if they differe, e.g 1 product is a dog bed and the other is a kitchen table. Then you'd want to separate them into their own separate campaigns.

I setup a shopping campaign on my new ad account but it has only spent like $1 out of the $50 budget/day. My manual cpc is higher than the minimum for my key words so idk why it’s not spending
Max clicks is a good starting point if you have no / little data. When you begin to see regular conversions with max clicks I would then switch to target ROAS. However if max clicks is working and running profitably then don’t rush to use TROAS. Gradually scale your budget up with max clicks instead
my standard shopping campaign running since May 15 , (33usd budget) I got only 3 clicks 865 imp., my feed is strong and seo optimized, products are unique. I don't understand whats wrong with it, do you have any idea? (I increased bids but not really worked)
