Sorry for the late reply if the nut in the bottom is spinning that means someone replaced the battery before and cross thread the screw that causes the nut to break loose, try to used a pliers or vise grip to grab onto the nut that’s on the bottom and turn loose the nut on top
I was able to replace the battery without removing that wire harness thing. Just disconnected the terminals, bracket, and bolt. Then had someone hold the harness back while I put the new battery in. It was a tight fit. that harness clip had just enough flexibility to allow the battery to slide in. 🫡
