I too did the hospital thing, years ago. Mental illness has been a part of my life since i was a child. Therapy helps... Meds help. But learning how to paint by watching your tutorials has been the outlet that has brought me more peace and confidence than I've known in many years. You guys do wonderful things, and you help us more than you know!
This didn’t help me paint clouds at all. It was cool to watch you paint them. But other than telling me the paint brush you just said put the paint wherever. This my could was just a hodgepodge of colors. You really should be more specific in to why you are placing color.
The mistake I made was I didn't make a big enough pile of the color I liked, and then make a lighter and darker pile from that. I had a heck of a time mixing and re-mixing and not getting it quite right. I think one big batch of the skin tone I like and then working from that will really help. I value your content and look through your work often. thanks, Cinnamon.
HI JOHN & CINNAMON: I LOOKED UP THE "HOW NOW BROWN COW," BECAUSE WE TOO SAY THIS SINCE I WAS A KID. MY NANA USED TO SAY IT. HERE'S WHAT I FOUND FOR THE MEANING: ----- A brown cow was a nickname for a barrel of beer, specifically in the early 18th century in Scotland. “How now brown cow” was a way of asking for another pint. Since the late 19th century, it has been taken over as part of elocution lessons, as it is full of vowel sounds. --- LOVE YOU GUYS, I CAN'T WAIT TILL OCT 24TH. TO MEET Y'ALL 💜🫂🦋⚘️
