I'm so glad we are getting a movie now!!!! I recently re-watched all of Community and realized Season 6 is a veritable masterpiece. The show and actors/writers/Dan are so underrated. Going back through from Season 1 and watching with Dan Harmon/Cast commentary on.
This scene of Britta screaming "You're racist pedophiles" and other slurs... was the sign of the oncoming SJW/Woke playbook that is being used to get their way in everything... this made to mock such people, now they are the norm.

The hilarious part about forcing kids to read 1984 is that the book (and Orwell's Animal Farm) were pushed into school curriculums during the Cold War by the CIA who sought and poison American public opinion against all brands of progressive or leftist politics by conflating 1984 with anti-communism - despite Orwell's democratic socialist criticisms of authoritarianism. So, yeah, the government did use their legal and political power to force feed children shitty made up fictional propaganda.
The funny thing is, whoever wrote the line about Purgatory had no clue how it functions in Catholic theology (or maybe did and gave us a very subtle "I'm a fake psychiatrist, not a fake theologian" joke): the devil is nowhere near Purgatory, which even in Dante's Purgatorio was already "within the gates of heaven" (once Dante has passed the Angel Confessor, he travels through no other gate to get into heaven itself).
