I lived and attended the U of Utah @ SLC during the 1970s - LOVED it, LOVE the state. SLC was paradise on earth back then, it was the easiest place in the world to get laid.
They are predicting a series of continued cuts into early next year at least so by that time it will be time to move. House prices may also increase due to higher demand.
This is my favorite channel. Despite the dip in crypto. I still thank you for the level headed financial advice I started crypto investment with $7,500 and since following you for few weeks now, I've got 25k In my portfolio. Thank you so much miss Susan Kerrie farrier.....
Yes! I'm celebrating £32K stock portfolio today... Started this journey with £3K.... I've invested no time and also with the right terms, now I have time for my family and life ahead of me.
My outlook on money changed when I realized that is better to invest on or before retirement, some people are just putting $15k or $20k With the current market movement at the end of the year they are making millions.
Making this content ruins everyone's state. Stop telling all those stupid fucking immigrants where to go to ruin our country, the last thing anyone needs to know is where to live in the USA because most people already know from living here
🌹💙 Great video! New subscriber here. Currently, I live in southern Arizona and I’m planning on moving to Utah within the next two years. I’m on social security but planning to create a small business after relocating. Until I get my business off the ground and since I’m on social security, I will need to rent for a while before I purchase either a house or land. Would you please consider creating videos about renting in different areas of the state? (I know you probably don’t earn any income in this field, but some of us must rent/lease before we’re able to buy: prices, availability, 55+ communities, amenities Any considerations are much appreciated. ) Blessings. 🙏
I bought my first car in Utah , and the car didn’t have no seat belts that worked ? And the cheek engin turned on the first day I drove it I let them know they said they will fix it it and they didn’t ?
In Payson Utah we get our electricity for the city. I think the cost is a little more than other places, but for June with air conditioning I paid $120 for electricity.
1.5 million people have left Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana these past few years. There are always some kind of massive migration within the nation for economic or environmental reasons. Just look back in our history, nothing stay the same forever.
Hey Mike, I can't comment on why people want to leave but for someone who has been living in hot muggy florida the last 20 years, I can tell you we are ready for a move. Utah appeals to me for the 4 seasons, snow and low humidity (plus mountains). I'm thinking of retiring early and cashing in my 401k to put a downpayment on a home out there since my wife still works but I really want to find something with at least 2-3 acres of land.
Looks like Americans are leaving California, while liberals are moving into California. That is actually good for both sides, as we all get what we want in government.
Ca lifer here (City of Pasadena). All the beaches are full of homeless people who smell worse than the dead fish that wash up on the shore. If that is not bad enough you better not walk on the sand barefooted because you might step on a hypodermic needle or a broken glass meth pipe. Let's not forget all the illegal aliens on the beach littering everywhere. Every other day the radio news gives out alerts for people to stay out of the water because of the high bacteria levels (human poop). The beaches are way overrated. In June of 2023 I got a letter from Allstate Insurance Co informing me that they were not going to renew my home owners policy after being with them for almost 30 years. I looked for three months but no insurance company wanted to issue me a policy. I kept getting notices from PNC Bank (I still have a small balance on my mortgage. If you have a mortgage balance, your mortgage contract requires you to have a home owners policy) who wanted proof of a policy, otherwise they were going to impose one on me., I finally called PNC bank and informed them I could not find a policy, so they assigned me one with a no name insurance company from back east. The policy is inferior to the one I had with Allstate. I was paying $1850.00 a year with Allstate before they cancelled me. My new policy is $5600.00 a year now. That was the last straw on this camel's back. I am in the process of leaving Ca, I have had enough of this democratic party utopian experiment. I love the view of the San Gabriel Mountains where I live, so my next home has to have a mountain view and Utah in on my list.
Any increase in California is billionaires and those who moved out to conservative areas and can't handle the non liberal extreme leftists areas that believe in God and country. It's hard to reform a leftist.
Mass exodus, what mass exodus? Republican propaganda; the other thing they say is, there are no jobs in California. “Mass exodus,” usually indicates that almost everyone leaves at the same time. The Golden State grew by 67,000 people, or 0.17%, last year, to just over 39.1 million on Jan. 1, 2024, according to a demographic report released April 30 by the California Department of Finance. By 2025, California's population is projected to reach 42.5 million. Annual growth rates are expected to be just 1 percent, similar to growth experienced in the first decade of this century. If California were a country, it would be the 5th largest economy in the world, and more productive than India and the United Kingdom. Gross domestic product (GDP) in the United States By state: Highest: California No.1 BOOYAH 💙 ($3,598,102,700, 000) Trillion GDP Thank You Governor Gavin Newsom 🎉💙💲💰 Massive Blue Wave Coming.!!!!!! 🎉🎈 Population over 42 million by 2025 65% Democratic Voters BOOYAH ☀🎉💲
Is this report show people moving from certain cities of California to other California cities? Just like reports of unemployment are low it does not mean people found jobs but are no longer qualified to claim unemployment but they are still unemployed and not able to collect.
My insurance and tax drove me away don’t mind carrying load of a few but can’t carry to many then add cost of living just felt little to hard of a life and I was one of the blessed.
I pray for those who stay maybe we will see it turn around but when the last 3 years had just been challenging and got worse seemed they always pick wrong things to do. Pray it turns around for them. It could be a paradise.
If you are much of a tax payer you leave California and don’t want to go back. We do miss the ocean but glad to leave crime behind. I moved to the Bible Belt people are fantastic out here. I miss California weather but doesn’t seem I’ve been missing much except for few good friends who aren’t able to visit me out here but I will visit them when I get brave enough recently polices made California uncomfortable place once a paradise now much less if it returns I may go back but it doesn’t make sense right now. Think many feel stuck. Some of the immigrants are hard-working that may bring back businesses perhaps startups once they figure what will work. However drugs and crime seemed to take over my upper-class community I lived in luckily I got a good price for my house empowering with freedom others might not have.
