If I could share something that transformed my life is: to be careful on how I break my fast, cause it can set me to greatness or sluggishness. If you want test this, you can get a Zoe free trial (glucose monitor). The higher the glucose spike, the more tired we feel afterwards. And a banana to break your fast can lead to a very big glucose spike. You've helped me a lot with everything you've said, so if I could help you with just one thing js to check that. If you want a simple test: change the banana to a Banana mixed with a Whey protein as it will reduce the glucose spike. Just so you understand how this is important to me, I often repeat the phrase "my day ends when I eat", so my first meal is a peotein shake at 4pm (I wake up at 6) and work till 7pm. My second (and last) meal is at 20:30 when I am back from the gym. You are great! Cheers! PS: if you notice a spike on your eatch time, that's me bingewatching.

Agencies offering more leads/better roas/ guarantees on top of guarantees, crazy crazy offers and so on and everyone trying to beat each other on their promise or guarantee. Super frustrating market to be in because they burn clients with their impossible to hit promises.
