Ridiculous and very subjective review. The second you put you toes in the water your in the spring. You can’t swim over the spring head, but all of the area is crystal clear and it is the largest freshwater spring in the world. The spring is amazing, and worth the drive to see and experience a uniquely preserved wild ecosystem in FL One of the few springs that has a lodge to stay. As with any place you visit, do your research before you go, so you don’t have to make inaccurate reviews. The reason you can’t swim in the area mentioned…ALLIGATORS!!! It’s for your own safety. Lifeguards won’t save you from being eaten. Seriously though, it’s mainly to protect the wildlife and give them space to exist without humans!!
One of the Sunshine State's best-kept trail secrets, the Nature Coast State Trail connects five small rural towns-Cross City, Old Town, Fanning Springs. We bike quite often.
Do not listen this is a once in a lifetime amazing experience and everything in this video is lies experience the high dive or tue thrill of the crystal clear water my mother learned to swim here i come her with my grand and cousin’s every year it is so worth it
"Papers, please." If it was good enough for East Germany, and Pakistan and Iran, it's good enough in what's left of The United States. You have no rights; you have very fragile permissions.
You can record inside a vehicle it's called Plain View Doctrine same reason the cops can look in vehicles. There's NO expectation of privacy while in public anything the eyes can see you can record as long as your in a public place.
That lady with the high vis vest is a rat. “ oh I’m just an attorney I’m not here with the cops I’m just curious… oh I’m actually just getting paid to observe…. Oh I’m not answering a simple question about wether you have to physically hand your license over or not…. Oh but here’s all the names of the people in the department you should speak too, but I’m definitely not with the cops…”
The courts have ruled that DUI checkpoints are only legal if citizens are able to turn around and avoid them prior to entering the checkpoint. This was the ruling because law enforcement do not have Reasonable Articulable Suspicion of a crime when stopping everyone. Courts explicitly state that if a citizen turns around to avoid a checkpoint law enforcement does not have legal grounds to pull them over simply because they did so in order to avoid the checkpoint.
See that 20ft tall diving tower? It's inside the swimming area and it's 150ft deep off that. That tower used to be taller but somebody that didn't like rules went in there at night, jumped off wrong, and died. Just because you were disappointed doesn't mean you can just spam lies. It ain't a kiddie pool, and nobody scammed you. You're just disorganized. And where did you get the idea Florida State Parks has the same obligations to you as some cheap commercial operation? They exist to protect special places and to make them accessible. You know who else is mediocre at best operating their website and delivering on a good casual experience? NASA. Maybe you should go see a rocket launch?
These are a waste of resources when you have dozens of cops who could go to downtown bars/nightclubs and literally get 4 + times the amount of dui drivers. Also they would be providing a safe area for people coming out of nightclubs . But considering it's a college town they dont want to actually stop drunk college students. Or crimp the bars a nightclubs incomes. Thanks for watching.
From Australia Thank you for putting this on I stopped for breakfast at the cafe back in 08 5 STAR Nicest people So humble Great breakfast served to me by a 6yr young lady Asloutly loved that little town and the area I hope to come and live there some day LGB
I grew up in Bradford county but I’ve always wanted to know what the building right next to the Shell Station/Ice Cream store was. Does anybody know? 1:11 big, grey, two story building with the boarded up windows.
