Wow, I know this video was done a year ago. I just saw it for the first time. What resonates with me us everything that you said. In addition, a year has gone by and it's still so much wrong with this profession. I've been a nurse for 20 years. I am truly frustrated with where healthcare has been going. It's scary to feel that patient care has taken more of a back seat among other issues that has and will continue to manifest. It's a problem for me because I really do care. I can go on and on. I had to write because I felt very much what you said. I'm praying for a better future in healthcare care. I've felt the shift, and it's been a positive one. It's made it super difficult to continue on this path. I thank you for sharing this, and everyone else that this has touched. I'm also glad I'm not alone in this.
