How can you be so empowered , feel so happy and then give it all up after 6 months, you dont gve it up ,god does he took it away I used to look at my dinner every day which was a salad with mackerel and nuts And I will be so happy with all the colour and vibrancy on my plates and I was saying this is so nice and this is real food I love real food things like vegetables and fish Crisps chocolate cake I'm not real food they are abuse to the human body
