DAVID VELASQUEZ, NATIONAL SOFTBALL DIRECTOR at SHORT PORCH Dave is entering his 15th season of senior softball and 43rd season of slow-pitch softball overall - with Dave’s experience competing and winning with national championship teams at the highest level and involvement with research and development of bats since the 1980’s, he will be helping with research as Short Porch’s new National Softball Director. Prior to joining Short Porch, Dave built his SeniorSoftballBatReview-RU-vid channel, a 15-year role, dedicated to sharing that experience, through honesty and integrity with a focus on bat reviews, weight training, hitting tips and nutrition. Dave has been recognized throughout his career for his on-the-field achievements with 18 MVPs, 25 All-Tournament selections, and 2 Golden Gloves. Dave is an active community member and has participated with the San Antonio Senior Softball League, Autism Awareness and Wounded Warrior Fundraiser programs.

@@shortporch10 do you know if there will be a slow bat speed one being made or tested. I’m a small guy and only hit line drives. Currently I swing the OG red wig popper and love it!

I appreciate it. I haven’t swung it yet. I swung the old school some. I swing the suncost mega load a lot. I have the yellow sin city in a 26 with about 75 cuts from BP. I rather have a 25 so the 26 just stays in my bag
